   Cash converters has become the most unfair paying rip of store you can go to. Back in the day it was bad enough they rip you off selling and buying..I walked 3km up the road to glen innes and got 10 dollars more which is a lot really. Cash converters has become a place where you sell to if your desperate for been underpaid. I won't be going to any more of these stores. Nice people plenty of things but I'd rather buy it new at the prices these stores have.

   I bought a phone from Cash Converters Panmure, and after about six weeks it failed completely. They did refund me, which was fair — but I made it very clear that I wanted to buy the phone back to try and get it repaired, since all my data was on it. They told me I could purchase it from their auction site, but then sent it overseas for parts instead. When I went back to ask, the staff didn’t care at all and offered no solution. Really disappointing after spending thousands with them over the years. The only positive was Alan — genuinely helpful and professional. Management, however, couldn’t care less.

   Bought a new looking dewalt circular saw here. Turned out to not cut straight. Seemed like it had been dropped. Ran fine except when cutting. They need a better way of testing tools before buying. I wouldn't buy power tools from here again, unless something robust like a sledgehammer. Seems the place to go to offload your stuffed tools though. However I have to add 2 stars, 1 for great friendly helpful service and 1 for the refund I received without much fuss.So you can try these tools and then take back if no good. Just not something I have time for. I expect my saw I returned is back on the shelf.

   Was served around 2:30 today by this super friendly guy, helped me test a cd player I was buying and explained the warranty well. Got home and it works perfectly! Been low on money as im a uni student so its dope to get a working player for cheap, thank you heaps :)
