   Useless staff. I gave up trying to get a bed frame (Too heavy) the staff just looked at us and turned away. There was also too much clutter and pallets that prevented us from pivoting and moving the frame. The place is also riddled with shoplifters. Keep an eye out

   I've seen some bad reviews recently so thought I'd add a positive one based on my experience yesterday. I am postpartum so struggling to find clothes I fit that are affordable. Finally after looking for what I wanted at other shops where the clothes didn't fit me AND were very expensive, I went to the warehouse and found what I was looking for, and they were cheap too. I asked a long haired blondish woman who was absolutely lovely, about sizing, because I was carrying my baby it was hard to try things on. She was very accurate and my clothes fit perfectly. Thank you!

   My friend brought a book and forgot to print out her receipt. They told her that she didn’t buy it and told her she has to pay for it when she already did. Now she is banned for 2 years! Bro look at the cameras and pay attention to ur customers at checkout!!

   ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE: I went to try on a few things, there was no one around the clothing room and a door open so I went in tried what I needed on. There was tags and hangers in there already. I was then accused of stealing by two lady’s who were obviously ment to be manning the clothing rooms. I offered to go into the clothing room and lift my shirt to prove that I wasn’t- I opened my brown paper shopping bag to let her look. The attitude and assumptions that were put onto me made me feel so uncomfortable! She then said she’d check the cameras without looking at me and just walked away… I won’t be going back. Staff attitudes are disgusting ! No sorry, no actual proof of anything ? I understand you may get thieves but you can’t just walk around accusing anyone of stealing with our proof and to be so rude about the whole thing ! Will not be going back. You need to something about your staffs attitudes and the way the approach things.

   Worst customer service ever. Thankful to the phone CS who were very supportive in talking to the store Manager. Both the Manager and the lead at the counter that day were stubborn and a waste of time. If you make a mistake, own it and deal with it but don't make customers come back again because you are too lazy to do paperwork.

   I left my little lunch box of cards in this Warehouse and rushed to the Train Station. When I realized that I forgot it? I went back to the Warehouse and informed the Security of the Warehouse and she gave it to me on the Spot. I've been shopping here for 11 years and it's amazing how this Happened. I can honestly say that this Warehouse rocks and the staff are nice and chilled

   I like to support NZ business but they do make it hard. Mother purchased a Fridge in Dec 22 in Mar 23 the Handle feel off while opening the fridge. Went back to the store and was advised that it was covered (CGA) and that a part would be ordered. 3 weeks later went into the store and advise that the order had not been placed and that it would NOT be covered they would order the Part but she would have to pay for it. Was not advised what the cost of the Part is and would not Provide an email or records of the interaction for us to reference Went on line and to their credit they responded with in 24 hour and Verified that the it would be covered and that the store would call us back. that was 2 weeks ago. My mother is 65year old and kind of needs a handle to open the fridge. This isn't acceptable. I'll be avoiding for any sort of whiteware or electronics as the warranty Consumer Guarantee Action evidently don't apply to this company.

   Very bad quality! Bought tea towels and washed them as directed. What came out of the washing machine was almost half of the original dimensions and looked horrible. It's very bad quality. I would certainly not recommend buying them. Had to go back to the store to get my money back. There wasn't even an excuse for my bad experience and it's not the first time I had to return something because of the poor quality. I'm not sure what's happening at The Warehouse. I used to buy a lot there, but the quality of many products has gone down from pretty good to really bad. I'm going elsewhere.

   Extremely disappointed with the service in this branch. I was in store with my toddler for 45 mins looking for an inflatable pool. Couldn’t find it but website and another store I’ve been to says they have 20 units. I asked 2 staff to help out as my toddler is getting impatient by this time but was told to check at the customer service which was closed! Asked the lady at the front to check stock for me and was told it was all in the pool display but I told them none was in there. She tried to call staff to help me but after some time she said that no one responded to her call so no one can help me but I saw 3 staff walking around the store! In the end I saw another staff on the floor and I insisted he comes with me to check as I was told the same thing- it’s in the pool display area. Lo and behold even the staff couldn’t find it because they’re all boxed on top of the shelf! The prices are also different- much higher than the other stores which has their systems sorted with the further reduction sale.
