   Been coming to this store for years, love how they have affordable specials and it’s my local.. BUT their customer sales assistants are plain rude; unhelpful and didn’t give me any assistance. Too busy chatting away with their colleague; so I put my products back on the nearest shelf and walked out. These sales assistants must be new coz they were young and I haven’t seen them before..

   Disappointing customer service. I initially went in to purchase an anklet for my friend. I went to the counter and the rep told me that it was 3 for 30, so I assumed she was referring to the anklets/bracelets. I then went back to get another 2 anklets that I liked, when I returned to the counter she said oh no, it’s the earrings. So I thought okay, I will go and get 2 pairs of earrings. I choose 2 pairs of earrings and go back to the counter and she then says no, it’s 3 for 30 for the earrings. I said you should have been more clear to begin with. I then said, I will just buy the anklet that I initially bought to the counter. She says okay and rings it up. I pay for it and was provided with no receipt. It’s only when I get home, do I find she has given me the wrong anklet and I will have to make another trip to the mall tomorrow to see if I am able to exchange it without a receipt. I should have checked before paying for it, but I assumed that she knew the one I was talking about. It’s not like it was even busy in the store. Waste of time.

   Each time I have gone into Lovisa, the young woman behind the counter has chosen to remain texting on her phone rather than greeting me. When I said "hello" on my most recent venture into the store, she failed to even look up. The entire transaction was carried out with the staff member buried in her phone whilse shouting about boyfriends with her fellow staff member on the other side of the shop. I would expect better if I do come in again.
