Really disappointing service. The staff gave me a bad vibe no greeting, no smile, and no small talk at all, which felt very unprofessional. The store manager was also unapproachable and barely interacted with me. It felt like she didnβt want to help. I was planning to buy something, but after this experience, I decided not to. I went to the Queen Street store instead and had a much better experience there.

Got one of the worst customer service iβve ever experienced. No greetings no smile seemed like their staff are forced to be there. Came in the store to get a ring for my mum and we got served by a stagf who seemed new. Anything we asked she didnβt know until a guy came up to take over. I thought store manager should do better in training their staff cause whatever questions we asked non of the staff could answer even the basic thing. We were in the store for a bit and another staff came to where we stood. Didnβt have a chance to see her name but she gave us the most disrespectful attitude like we donβt have money. Has short black bob hair with red lipstick. We felt extremely uncomfortable since there were 3 staff approached at us like a prey. We were intended to get the ring but because of the staff attitude at the end and how they kept pushing for a sale which drove us away. Even the store manager, think her name is Alex also gave us such weird vibes when she kept starring and didnβt really respectful towards customers. If you want a better experience, better run to the Queen Street one. NOT THIS STORE!!!! BECAUSE FROM MANAGER TO HER STAFF UNNECESSARILY GIVING CUSTOMER THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL ATTITUDE. We never gonna come back here. Hope the HO can hire someone better than these people.

4 of us brought a matching piece from this store, we had the best service and were looked after so well! Thanks for the great experience, we will always remember this moment! Happy, genuinely nice guy who served us. (The other salesperson in store held her hand over her ears tho and looked at us a bit furious).

I visited Swarovski Newmarket recently, just to browse the new jewellery collection. While the store itself is beautiful and the range is impressive, I felt extremely uncomfortable due to the overly pushy sales approach. I was approached by at least 3 staff members, repeatedly asking if I needed help, even after I politely said I was just looking. As someone who has worked in retail for years, I understand the importance of good customer service β but making customers feel pressured doesnβt build trust or encourage purchases. In fact, it drove me (and others Iβve spoken to) away. I hope management sees this feedback, because no matter how beautiful the store is, customers wonβt return if the shopping experience feels overwhelming or stressful.

I was in the store the other day just browsing, I was waiting for my friend so I just wanted to have a look around the mall. I have already made it clear to the staff in store that I am only here for browsing but he keeps coming to me and forcing me to try things on. If possible I hope that the management team could have a conversation with him about customer service. It was a middle aged man I am pretty sure. However, I love the store decorations and all the items in the store. As someone who holds Swarovski in high regard, it was disheartening to encounter such a lack of professionalism and customer-centric approach. I earnestly hope that Swarovski acknowledges the importance of addressing and enhancing their customer service to uphold their esteemed reputation in the industry.

Visited the store for a gift but what I experienced was greatly unacceptable. I was browsing for a necklace but then what I saw was the manager Edward rushing customers to purchase and constantly swearing and putting down other staff. I would never believe that I would experience this in such a luxury brand. As for my rights and others who shop here I want an immediate action for the manager or else I will send a letter to the head office and take further actions This is unacceptable I will never shop here again and I will share this to my Friends, Family, workplace and I will post this experience on social media

Amazing service by Drew and Pam. I went in store to buy some gifts for my loved one and with their amazing advice, Iβm able to pick up the best gift for the fair price. Thank you to Drew for his outstanding advice and kindness. Pam was also helpful with her personal advice. With their support, the gift brought me joy when i saw my loved one unwraps the gift her eyes were glittered. Couldnβt thank them enough for their service. -100% recommended- Keep up the great work guys!!!

Excellent and beautiful set up perfect lighting to make products look more glamorous. Every product is so beautifully presented and displayed. The staff are so helpful and friendly, they advise you on best deals, rather than trying to sell some expensive product to lift sales
