I visited Carati Jeweller at Sylvia Park to buy a gift for my friend and was assisted by Zahra. She was very friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience so pleasant. Her service was excellent and I really appreciated her assistance in helping me choose the perfect piece. Highly recommend!
Worst experience ever at this store. We went on Sunday during Black Friday sale last week, and bought 3 charms from the pandora section. The lady told us we can only get one box for them instead of 3 separate boxes for each one. We then said they are gifts so need boxes, the lady then grabbed boxes under the counter and throw them onto the table with a really annoyed face. We understand it's a really busy day and there were quite a few customers, but still don't think this is how we were supposed to be treated. We later learned there is a actually a PANDORA store upstairs, don't know what this experience is for.....
My friend and I went in today looking for a 21st birthday gift. We were extremely happy with Wiki’s service! She was amazing at showing us suitable pieces for our friend. We ended up walking out with not one but 2 items and are super excited to gift this. Thanks so much Wiki and Dana, you’re definitely a company asset!
My partner and I walked in to the store for Christmas shopping and we were really well assisted by Annabelle and Geraldine Lovely team, very kind and patient, specially during busy time as Christmas time, they were helping us sort out all our Christmas gift giving recommendations and all that stuff. Just wow, absolutely disgusted after dealing with after sales service here. Wanted to wash my hands after discussing a warranty claim with one of the staff as I felt dirty and disgusted

Very bad customer service. Was treated badly and felt like they just wanted us gone. We asked if we could try on a ring and the staff wouldn’t let us hold it but instead shoved the ring on which then got stuck. Would not go back to this shop ever again. There are plenty of jewellery shops in Sylvia park and would not recommend this one!
Worse customer service ever. One staff doesn’t treat client properly. I won’t come to this shop any more, not recommend to anyone either.
Excellent customer service. I contacted lady and she was so polite and nice to work with. Definitely knows her business. Will continue to buy watches from here.
