   Came for two things which showed in stock online and only to find out that it’s out of stock in the stores. With very disinterested staff who think it’s a big hassle to help. Only one staff was good, others tried to escape from helping. So incontinent for people who drive all the way. Need some more competent staff to do stock checks and update online.

   never have accurate stock levels. Will often get rid of stock without notice online or in-store. probably the worst warehouse ive ever been to. worst range of affordable products across the board. save your time and go somewhere else

   I purchased a heater from St Lukes Warehouse after being assured I could return it within 60 days. When the product failed to work properly, I went back to return it. The staff showed no interest in helping, and the manager’s attitude was shockingly unprofessional — completely lacking basic customer service skills. This is not how customers should be treated. I strongly advise avoiding this place if you value your time, money, and respect.

   They have great variety of things, it’s a bigger store compared to the one in Auckland Central. There were Black Friday discounts going on. Got the potting mix and compost for the garden. Staff was distracted, I needed help with things but they just watched no one actually helped. No greetings at the billing counter or while leaving the store. Won’t recommend it.

   Staff members are friendly, courteous, very helpful and attentive. The shop is quite huge and stock plenty of appliances and other items that will tickle you fancy. The quality is not too bad, though prices are now getting much expensive that a few years ago. Some items are priced competitively while for some other items, the price is still too high for its quality. Have plenty of parking spaces at the front, and at the side of the shop.

   Very dim, lifeless story. Nothing much going on and the music was so kind for some reason. Didn't have much verity and it feels so much smaller than it actually is. Felt drained when we left and was having a great day till going into this store. Waste of time.

   Well I'm really impressed The Warehouse St Lukes, what a team. Walked in the front door and greeted with a smile and a good morning welcome to the warehouse, walked up to the counter and the staff member was very pleasant and helpful made my morning exceptionally effortless, thought it would take a while but only 5 minutes and we were done. Great service thanks again the warehouse staff.

   Just finished helping our elderly neighbor go to your store to buy a fridge freezer in cash the rudeness of the staff and security guard are beyond measure. Including the fact that my cancer partner had to upload the fridge freezer himself into the back of our car himself. Sad that we would experience this type of service when this store has been always offered good service maybe. got as good as Westgate
