   The lady who was perhaps Mexican who served us at 4.35pm on 23 December 2025 tried to rip us off a gold plated chain. We purchased a 9ct 55cm solid gold Singapore chain, a 9ct whale tale pendant that was on a plated gold chain, and a gold floating heart pendant also on a gold plated chain. She bagged everything up, removed the whale tail and put it on the Singapore chain and kept the original plated chain. It wasn't until we nearly left and I checked and went back to get it. She then tried to say its only plated, I said I purchased it for almost $200 with the pendant, so I want it. She then handed it over. But that totally ruined my experience of the purchase there. Poor customer service, treat us like thieves by handing over what we ask and then stealing from customers. Shame on you lady

   Terrible service, some of the worst I have ever experienced. Found something I liked but decided I’d purchase from a store that actually wants my money. Staff seem to be trying their best to discourage you from the store. They will ignore you and be as unhelpful as possible. For example, telling you incorrect stock information and just saying they don’t have an item and it’s out when they do…. Guess business must be well if they’re chasing customers away.

   I recently visited Pascoes at Westgate to purchase a Casio Vintage Series watch. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite finding a watch I liked, I had to repeatedly push the staff to check the stock for the model I wanted. It seemed like they weren't very willing to help, which was disappointing. (70407: Operator ID) After deciding to buy the watch, I was surprised and frustrated when the staff refused to give me the original Casio box, providing a generic Pascoes-branded box instead. To make matters worse, they didn't even offer a carry bag to take the box home—something that should be basic customer service. I would have preferred to buy from one of the other watch shops in the mall where the staff were much more welcoming, but unfortunately, they didn’t have the model I wanted. Overall, a very disappointing experience with poor customer service. I won’t be returning to this Pascoes store again.

   I really liked the customer service. I was nicely welcomed. I bought the watch, silver chain, ring and earrings from Pascoes Northwest for my husband, my son and my daughter. I really recommend this place to everyone and I will keep continuing to go there.

   Fiancé and I went into northwest Pascoes to look at wedding bands and found the staff member very unwelcoming and not willing to help us. Was too busy talking to their work mates, had to ask multiple times to try things on and was only referred to the mailer pamphlet. We went in ready to buy but left because of the poor customer service. Would not recommend.

   I had the most ultimate service from Daryl. After intially going in to browse watches, he gave a complete rundown on what I needed to match my needs without the sales fluff. I came back a week later to make my purchase on a Citizen watch. He not only remembered me also the watch as well. Daryl is class and service. Definitely be going back to him for new purchases.
