The customer service here is consistently bad. Any time I have visited, they behave as though I’ve come at an incredibly inconvenient time.
Went in during my Tuesday lunch break today to browse… the salesperson was chewing gum and didn’t greet me or the other customer, nor did she ask if we needed any help. Literally looked me dead in the eye, didn’t say anything and went back to what she was doing. A simple ‘hey’ isn’t difficult. If I’m going to be spending my money here, then I’d like to not be ignored. Clearly training in customer service is needed here…
Connie was most professional sales person I met this year. She approached to my concern with great manner and did absolutely the best to make me as a long time customer very happy. Thank you so much . Seeing KW stuff trained so well definitely puts this label to the top of the line. Ella
Went to Britomart store on Sunday, around midday, doors were locked, 5 people were in the store, while myself and 3 others waited outside in the cold wind. Assistant wouldn't unlock the door! I think she was holding a private viewing.... very strange behavior. Obviously didn't want our business, I wont go there again.
Karen Walker's shop looks super cute. I admit can't afford her lovely wears, but they look cool!
I Bought the Karen Walker RNZYS tshirt as a Xmas present to myself which I was very excited about. However I wore it once and washed it - separately. Upon washing it, I pulled out the tshirt to find the blue of the logos as bled all over the white tshirt, the shirt has also stretched totally out of shape and is literally unwearable now (unless you would class it as a gardening shirt). I contact Karen Walker complaints and got told that I must be mistaken and washed it with something else that bled onto the shirt and to bring it into store but pretty much nothing can be done. What a disappointment and what a WASTE of over $100! Dont buy from Karen Walker the quality is TERRIBLE - all i wanted was my money back for a below quality product that is over priced ... pic below.
