“We were initially worried with the low ratings we saw, but we still booked it anyway because it is at the location we need. Turn out the rooms were beautiful, large clean and convenient. One has the ocean view. Superb location, close to all the nice eating places. And staffs have been very supportive, they even upgraded our room for free!”

“Thank you for your new walk in service and for prioritizing same day appointments for sick children. I was able to come in recently and get my daughter seen too, diagnosed and out within less than an hour (granted the speed could have been a lucky day!) Being the parent of a child with some extra support needs, going to the Drs can often be a very stressful event (for us both!) so the shorter wait time was welcomed. I also sincerely appreciate the fact I didn't have to go to the other local walk in provider and pay $100 to get my daughter seen by a Dr. Keep up the good work, it is appreciated!”

“We booked a two bedroom suite for 4 adults and we were each very happy with our overall stay and the affordability. Despite some issues I had with booking.com itself the staff here were wonderful! I would have given 5 stars for service however we had trouble calling through a few times for the concierge, thankfully once we arrived the receptionist was very accomodating and efficient. Comfortable beds, amazing view off the balcony, clean room and half of us went and enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Thank you all - we will be staying again in future ☺️”

You instantly feel welcomed. The room was clean, modern, and really comfortable the bed was amazing and everything felt fresh and well looked after. It had everything we needed and was a perfect place to relax after a long day. Great location, great vibes, and overall just a really enjoyable stay. Would 100% recommend and would happily stay here again!”

“Really interested building which has had some pretty important guests over the years including the Queen of Tonga and also the Queen of England. Lovely feel to the place. Very quiet and peaceful. The rooms were a decent size. The kitchen was clean and spacious and the living room area was really well set out and comfy. The hostel is just a couple of minutes walk from Parnell high street which means that you have shops, restaurants and bars nearby. Would certainly stay here again.”

“We stay at the poenamo hotel often. We live in Brisbane and come home often. We stay here because the rooms are comfortable and roomy. The bathroom is good and kitchenette perfect for vogels toast and tomato in the morning. The price is reasonable and location perfect. Easy access to the motorway. Good food close by. “I stayed at this motel for 3 months as a business trip. This motel was renovated and operated by a family. So no need to worry about the hygiene or cleaness. However, you don't have toothblush (shampoo, treatment, body wash and body soap are prepared) in this motel. Since this motel is family operated, you can't expect them high-level hospitality, but they are accommodating. They sometimes forgot to restore shampoo, treatments and then others but after I asked them for the restore, they gave me bunch of them.”

“I'm 75 and have lived in many places and had many different Doctors. The Fono, Henderson is far and above the best I've ever been a Patient of. Incredibly friendly, ultra efficient, genuinely caring, spacious and immaculately clean. Very easy to get an appointment at short notice. Love them”

“Had to go here for work. This place is an emergency housing building for people who are not as fortunate as you or I. It is kept clean and tidy and I found the residents to be warm and welcoming. There is probably no reason anyone would come here except to be housed. I just thought I'd give it a rap as they do a wonderful job in caring for people in our community.”

“I’ve booked a stay with Ascotia now several times previously and my experience staying with them was always very positive, their rooms are nice and always cleaned immaculately. Considering the price they are an extremely affordable option and my go to if ever I’m needing a hotel room in the CBD. They are conveniently located within a short walking distance to many ammenities. Short walking distance from both Queen street area as well as Kroad area. If anybody is seeking an affordable option for accommodation they would always be my first recommendation! ☺️”

For only around $100 a night, you get a clean, comfortable room with plenty of space, a good bed, and everything you need for a relaxing stay. It feels like you’re getting way more value than what you pay. The location is perfect — close to shops, cafes, and main attractions, so you’re never more than a few minutes away from anything. It’s convenient whether you’re here for business or just exploring the area. The staff was friendly and easy to talk to, and check-in was quick and hassle-free. Overall, The Boulevard Hotel is great if you want strong value without overpaying. I’d definitely stay again.”

“Sufficient for staying a night or two. Central tobeverything in yhe cbd. Service is okay, desk manned continuously although they don't say much when you are coming and going. Studio room is small bit sufficient. I don't like that you have to step up to go into the small bathroom, will be a trip hazard during the night. Good price and good value though.”
