Had a convenient and pleasant stay. Staff was nice and helpful. Location is easily accessible to many amenities and had ample parking, which made our stay hassle free. Would love to visit again!.
This is the most disgustingly dirty outdated shocking motel I can't believe it is able to have paying guests!! It stunk there where ants all over the kitchen, dirty old bedding, hair and dirt in the bathroom when we arrived. There was a huge piece of the wall that had been plastered and undercoated hidden by a bed. Just horrible. The noise from the unit above us kept us up all night, two other people were complaining about it when we were checking out!!
The receptionist was lovely and so was the service from the staff. However, the room was absolutely disgusting. As soon as we walked into the room it stunk of smoke even when we tried to air out the room, there was gum on the floor, and the microwave was absolutely filthy. The blankets also stunk of BO and Cigarettes. As lovely as the staff are I am disappointed with this room.
Our experience at this motel was entirely unacceptable. The room was in a filthy state; trash was there and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. I felt uncomfortable even sitting on the couches because they were dirty especially with our 5-month-old son along. This motel doesn't even deserve a single star. I strongly advise against staying here; the lack of cleanliness is truly appalling and unsafe for families.
Stayed 3 nights. Greeted by lovely receptionist. Stayed on bottom floor for parking directly outside our door. Clean room. Lovely soft beds. Everything in working order. Friendly staff to service our room. Only issue we had was finding the motel - so grateful for Google Maps. Otherwise, no issue for the price we paid Awesome location for amenities!!!!
Terrible service. Dirty looking rooms. Sheets didn't look clean. Carpet felt sticky. No tea towels or dish rack. The room smelt like someone had been smoking in there. Would not recommend. Would give zero stars if possible.
The room still had rubbish on the carpet. We asked for tea towels & got face flannels. They said there were no tea towels. The top sheet had dried blood on it. They said it's not their job to change the sheets. No tv remote. No hand rails in the bathroom to hang towels onto. In my opinion 1 star is too many. I would give 0 stars. Not worth the money. I do NOT recommend this place.
Nice rooms and staff was super friendly and helpful. Lots of decent stuff in the area for eats and entertainment. Room was clean and comfortable.
This motel was absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! rooms were disgusting beds weren't made, terrible service. They let people have party's in the motel rooms not ideal for children. Worse motel I have stayed in my entire life and that is not an exaggeration!!!! I paid for a portacot which didn't arrive for my infant, this was worse then a cheap backpackers motel definitely do not stay here trust me it is beyond scummy. Rooms were cold and damp the list goes on. Stay anywhere else but here. YUCK would never step foot there again. This is a work and income motel and is a disgrace and a joke that this is acceptable
Room was very very out dated. No phone. Appeared to be black mold in bathroom. Conveniently close to mall and places to eat. Very load traffic behind hotel. We came here and within the first hour a car came into the car park and started doing donuts. Mind you this was about 2:30 in the afternoon. Lots of yelling from other guests. Beds were comfy but pillows sucked. The room appeared cleaned and tidy but the room very much looked used. Can really tell its an old and out dated room. There is a laundry service here which is nice. $4 a load to wash. No place for kids so i advise not staying here for long stays if looking to have them play somewhere here. (But raindows end) is within walking distance. Lady at the front desk was terrific! Helped us alot as ac wasn't working and she came and reset it. Internet was mediocre as it kept dropping out.
