Lady who greeted us was very unprofessional and rude. She showed us a filthy room that wreaked of bad smell . Carpets were damaged.
This was the worst place I've ever stayed at in my life. It smelt, was so dirty , completely run down, looked nothing like the pictures on the website. Don't stay there if you want a decent sleep was so noisy, felt uncomfortable being there.
To the owner How disgusting is this service. My family checked in yesterday and this morning was chucked out why you say because my mum visited to drop some important papers to my sibiling and was chucked out along with my sibiling who was staying there because why NO VISITORS ALLOWED . This would be fine if she was explained the rules yesterday when checking in instead she was shown a room that stunk like toe jams and was not given a key. Instead she was told place a pillow in the door to move your gears in so the door didn't lock. Unprofessional and improper. Taking a little miscommunicated mistake and making them leave because of your lack of communication to a new tenant is wrong. I was there last night helping to move her in and was not told to get off the premises at 630pm. If this so called rule was absolutely in place then your night manager should've told us then and informed her of the house rules but nope here's your room wait till the boss come tomorrow to sort out everything is what she got instead. So as a business manager this fall's on your head for being ignorant and unprofessional. No matter who you are everyone should be treated with respect shows what type person you are. remember people like my family helps your business and people like you takes advantage to benefit yourself..Btw she was told by your night manager to pay this morning and I bloody hope you received no money for this stupidity. Disgusting, ignorant and disrespectful. EVERYONE BEWARE OF THESE OWNERS AND FILTHY WAYS
Wouldn't stay there if you paid me to. Full of lowlifes. Only thing decent about the place was the Security/Night manager., If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have stayed. The Pakistani's that run the place are racist,rude and scammers. Don't expect any refunds if you don't like it. Enter at own risk. They don't even change bedding between customers. Dirty. The cleaner, Amir is a sexual predictor. He walks into woman's rooms watching porn on his phone without invitation. Disgusting!
terrible terrible place. this is the worst place I have ever stay in my entire live. very dirty room, they got me a room on the third floor,and the whole third floor smells disgusting,the carpet haven't been cleaned up for years. and when I get in the room, strong smell too. they use a lot of the air fresh spray to cover that smell. I try too calmed down, but still can't bear it, request to change room to second floor, finally no that strong smell,but the linen and pillow case are old and dirty too. and there are some old disgusting dirty metress in the closet ，I even feel inches all over my body, can't imagine how can I get over this night, it's almost midnight ,too late to book another motel.
Auckland Astro has a super capable and friendly clerk. Also the hostel was sparkling clean. Seems rather new. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I do enjoy my stay here very much.
