   I stayed at this motel for 3 months as a business trip. This motel was renovated and operated by a family. So no need to worry about the hygiene or cleaness. However, you don't have toothblush (shampoo, treatment, body wash and body soap are prepared) in this motel. Since this motel is family operated, you can't expect them high-level hospitality, but they are accommodating. They sometimes forgot to restore shampoo, treatments and then others but after I asked them for the restore, they gave me bunch of them.

   This motel was very clean and comfortable. I dread staying in motels because of how dirty they can be, but I was really impressed with how clean it was. It was easy to make the living area safe for my 8 month old to crawl around. We will definitely be staying here again!

   Historical reviews don't reflect this place now. A real effort has been made to make the unit comfortable and modern. Luxurious bathroom and comfortable mattress. The rest quite basic but clean and functional. Only problem is the noise in the bottom units. Soundproofing minimal from upstairs so you roll the dice on how good your upstairs neighbours are.

   Great value. We're moteliers and were visiting friends in Auckland: a last minute booking. Pleasantly surprised with a warm, clean room that appears recently renovated. Double glazed windows and underfloor heating in the bathroom! Centrally located and affordable. We'd definitely come back.

   Nice bathroom apart from used shampoo / conditioner tubes. Did not replenish towels when serviced. Bedroom door did not close and a suspect white splotch on blanket covering bed. Water was bad for morning cup of tea. Living area ok. Lock on sliding door death trap to open for a weak person or child. All lights off around balcony at 6:45am which I thought was dangerous to walk down stairs in dark. Nearly slipped over twice there; once at bottom of stairs on slippery tiles, and again on lower stairs of reception. Friendly reception. Would never go back.
