   Horrible motel. Looks like couple who run this place have the parents as the cleaners. I saw the old man washing the towels outside using a garden hose then hanging the towels over supermarket trolleys to dry. Motel so grubby, needs to by shut down immediately.

   Rooms could be cleaner, dust and cobwebs....only have the lights were working in my unit, sliding door was hard to lock from the outside. The outside of the units could also do with a freshen up,gutters washed down and general clean up of the walls and grounds

   I would have rated it 0 if I could honestly. The owner is very rude I don't think he can speak English fluently so his son is doing the job. Very selfish you have to pay $5 for wifi each day but connection is very poor you will have to need endless data can hardly connect properly. The room was very cold and you have to turn on the heater for 5 hours to warm your room. Not worth the price at all! The room was not good at all This owner is taking advantage of the community especially the governments money. Very poor customer service the only positive thing there is the ongoing service of the lady who works there day and night I can't remember her name. Thank you Miriam (I think that's her name) you were an awesome person.

   I am currently investigating this establishment. I will be speaking with the Ministry of Social Development and other relevant agencies providing them with feedback, evidence and legislation to support my recommendation. It is unsafe and unhygienic for vulnerable solo mothers and their children. Owner seems to be discriminating customers as well. Enough said.

   Arrived late at night from airport so didn’t get to check the room beforehand. Arrived and I said I need a clean room just for the night and a shower in the morning. The room smelled stale like it had been locked up too long. I was told if the shower doesn’t get hot, turn it off and wait 10 more minutes. This is what happened in the morning as it was cold. I wait 10 minutes then 30 and still cold. So I left and went to the reception and the older guy working there prentened he didn’t understand me. He refused to give a small discount for the inconvenience, so I left. He called me later to say that someone had turned off the heating by mistake. I’m sure they called because I said I will give you a bad review. Stay away from here.

   It's not luxurious and it isn't the most private and exclusive place but it's enough to kinda get you by. Space for parking isn't quite luxurious and spacious either but if you're looking for somewhere to 'get the job done' kinda deal, then it's perfect. Wifi is not included in the package though so either have heaps of data or pay everyday for a data cap.
