I will let everything else pass it’s acceptable but the noises controls need to change so hard, wanting to rest and kids are screaming outside, then a party is going on in the restaurant which is so loud. The room isolation is so bad i can even hear the people next room snoring. At least i wont be back with my family
Absolutily disguztingly filthy, health n safety issues a major concern. Osh neco to go knock on they guys door and shut them down considering they have no smoke alarms is okay the stay of my review. Matress mesg be 100 years old saying poking into ya back. Rotten old dirty pillows sheets etc unkl infested with coachroaches
Should have checked reviews out first, MOST DISGUSTING MOTEL EVER!!! if there was ever a place a serial killer would take someone THIS WOULD BE IT! The hygiene or LACK thereof was just so unbelievable I almost felt like it was a horrible prank or something, that maybe "What Would You Do" had hit that place, but no it was just a gust of uncleanliness, the sheets were SOOOOO overused, it looked like faded blood stains and urine stains on the underlay, and I could have sworn that the toilet was being used as an ashtray, staff is HORRIBLE and have nothing but excuses for the lack of EVERYTHING ... fridge still had a plate of old takeaway food in it, didn't hesitate to storm out, but not after giving them a bashful earful seriously was THE worse SERVICE in history. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I booked and paid for my room seven days in advance but arrived to find they had accidentally booked it out to someone else the day before. As an apology they offered me a more expensive room free of charge and this is my review of that room........ The sheets, mattress and base were stained with blood and urine. The ranch slider had mouldy curtains, the smell of them intensified when the doors were open. The shower had mould growing on the walls and soap scum stuck to the of the corners of those walls and don't get me started on the toilet. Oh my goodness, cigarette smoke burns adorned the seat. The fridge had mould growing around the rubber seal of the door and it smelt foul like cheese vomit and rotten carcass . When I brought these issues to the attention of the staff, they were riddled with excuses and when I asked for my money back deciding not to stay, I was treated with disrespect and hate. I WILL NOT be recommending this motel to anyone. I have never been so disgusted in my life. I rate this hotel with 1 star because I hate it!
This is a place you need to Avoid. My wife and I went to checkin, the checkin area alone says "Please don't stay Here". The person behind the counter was extremly unhelpfull and at one time offensive and denegrating. Upon arrival at the Unit ( 6 ), I looked at it, The Advert says LCD TV, only an old CRT TV was in the room. The kitchen floor was looking very well worn, and the curtains very tired. I inspected the bed as I always do. This is the Worst Case of Hygene I have seen in a bed. The Mattress had what appeared to look like "Water" staining all over it. The Underlay had What looked like Blood Stains, and the Bottom Sheet had what appeared to look like "Bodily Fluids" on it. I got a staff member in to see, and was given nothing but "Excuses". We did not stay there because of this, and the attitudes of the staff. We found somewhere else instead. I would recoomend thet you DO-NOT stay here, if you want Clean accomodation, and helpfull staff. This So-called Motel, should not even be a motel, as it is an embarressment to Good moteliers. I would not even let my cat stay her
The only good things about this motel is that it is walking distance to Manurewa Town Centre, the beds were very comfortable, the sheets were clean and the shower clean. A group of 5 ladies stayed for a weekend in March 2013 arriving on Saturday early evening. One of the units was available, and even though an email had been sent to the hosts to advise of arriving later than normal, the other unit was not ready and the ladies had to wait an extra half hour. The rooms were very, very basic, with not enough utensils and crockery in the kitchens, one of the toasters had to be replaced,and the icebox needed to be defrosted. There was also mould on the toilet window. Outside was very untidy with leaves and cigarette butts laying near our door. Correspondence by email was nil, and my husband had to ring the host to be advised that the booking was made, even though our payment was sent prior. It seemed as though the hosts had never ever stayed in a motel to see how it was run, or what equipment was necessary in the kitchen. We will not be staying there again, and certainly will not be recommending anyone.
