This place is very dodgy, and I strongly advise against visiting this medical. When I inquired with the business manager Alisha about the amount they have been claiming from ACC for my doctor's visit, she refused to provide the information, which raises significant concerns about their practices. They also insist on charging the full fee for consultations, even when the injury is clearly covered by ACC. It’s evident that they are trying to squeeze extra money out of ACC without being transparent with their patients. Avoid this place; their tactics are questionable, and I’m convinced they prioritize profit over patient care.
Terrible first impression and service from the front desk. I initially recommended a family member this place and they were told that they can’t enrol him, that was fine but then he asked if they knew anywhere else that’s close by and they asked him if he has google? Such an uncalled and rude response, treatment like this is why people put off going to the doctors. Not helpful and very lazy customer service, work on your people skills and do your job properly.
Waiting weeks and weeks, sometimes a month for an appointment. Seems insane that I have to be sick in advance. I work in Healthcare and we leave bookings open for patients who urgently need treatment, westview should look at doing this so they can help people who urgently need it. Pathetic. Horrible. Useless.
The doctors, nurses and receptionist's are lovely. ALOT of free parking available at the back of the building for patients. Access via West Coast Road is easiest. Although can use the Glendale Road entrance also. Thankyou for your kindness and care.
Friendly team on reception. Clean and tidy. Has a chemist next door. They are extremely busy and hard to get a booking (especially in winter). Can be up to and over a week wait.
Try to accommodate my needs when unexpected appointment requireed. Reception much improved after covid which must have caused huge challenges.
Some doctors are good,but some will make you feel like you need too apologize for taking up their precious time,I know they are busy,but we all have feelings!!
One star for the reception lady - Shona. My sister rang for her prescription but she's been so unprofessional to her. She's been giving medical advices over the phone to her. My sister missed a call from the clinic so she rang back. She answered the phone AGAIN with the same attitude.
