I have been taking my cat here for the past few years, and of late, my two puppers. Very professional and friendly team, from the reception to the vet nurses and doctors. I always know my pets will be in capable, safe hands, and my pets have always come home happy with no complications from procedures. Thanks Massey Vets!
My cat was injured and my usual vet didn't have a spot for the same day appointment and after couple of calls to multiple clinics I was able to get an appointment here. I continued with the checkups too. All the nurses and vets I met there were wonderful - very friendly, understanding, answering all my questions, polite and knowledgeable. They were really concerned to give my cat the very best care.
The receptionist has THE ATTITUDE. Just rude, no sympathy. I donβt know how this attitude will help with their client. I popped in not because i donβt understand what she has said, but she should have had at least sympathy to the clients how desperate they are, when their loved one is injured! Not the rudeness. The receptionist was on shift 23rd of March 2023, in the afternoon if you want to know who that was. Because the Massey vet has not always this rude one. It was my worst experience with the vet.
Although I didn't go here, I did experience great responses via telephone by the staff at this place. It was awesome to hear this vet give me advice as to where to go.
Been going here for ages, they're always friendly and helpful, and happy to explain anything I dont understand. My dogs are also always happy to visit, partly for the treats but also because the genuine care for animals felt by all of the staff is easy to see in their interactions.
We had never been to this vet clinic before last night but were so grateful they didn't hesitate to help us. Our cockatiel of 10 years had been sick and recently seen by a avaian quite a distance from our home. Returning home in the afternoon we could see he wasn't doing well and was indeed dying. Not wanting him to be in pain we made the hard decision to put him to sleep. We started calling local vets but no one could help us. Massey heights didn't hesitate, they we so kind and respectful. Thank you so much we appreciate what you did for us ... you are amazing!
