   I’d like to give a special thank you to Silverdale Vet Hospital. Chelsea was incredibly helpful and sympathetic, She took the time to listen, offered support, and genuinely cared about us. That kind of kindness and professionalism really makes a difference, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. It’s rare to find someone willing to go above and beyond purely out of compassion — and Chelsea did exactly that. I highly recommend Silverdale Vet Hospital for their supportive and caring approach.

   I couldn’t thank Dr Elyse, the nurses and all the receptionists for the care of my baby, Max. He was a regular from late June up until now (hopefully) with bladder blockages, UTI, behavioural issues and Elyse had been helping me medically manage these until I could get him surgery with the Albany clinic with Neil who is just as fantastic! I couldn’t begin to describe everybody’ - from Vet, to Nurse, to Receptions compassion, care and love for him as well as my very emotional self during this time. I would recommend Dr Elyse and the team at Silverdale Vet Hospital over and over again to anyone who needed the best vet in town. The biggest and most grateful thank you to Elyse, Celeste, Elise and everyone in the team who looked after Max (there were so many over the months from nurses, reception and vet doctors I’m sorry I can’t remember everyone!) Max is now a much healthier weight and doing fantastically on the road to recovery!! I’ll recommend this clinic to anyone who will listen and continue bringing our other two cats here when they need expert care! I simply cannot thank everyone enough, best vet clinic in Auckland - these girls deserve a hefty pay raise and excellent Christmas party!!

   Chopper recently had experienced a lot of pain, frozen neck and dental issues. After being scared to death from another vet saying we need X-Rays 1k, potential MRI 3k to figure out the source of pain and treatment for our 14 year old boy we took him here for a second option. BEST DECISION EVER. Dr. Megan is so kind and experienced with Animals, after an examination and viewing footage I have taken of Chopper at home she identified it as a pinched nerve, and given his age completely normal to take longer to heal. We left with pain killers and our boy was back to normal in the given time frame she provided. We brought him back for his dental works, Vet Nurse Chelsea and Dr. Megan were again so kind and amazing at getting his bloods (Chopper is stubborn boy) and after 16 teeth pulled out this old man was happier then ever, he had a new bounce to his step. We thought the cost was very well priced for this proceedure and all the staff praised how well the old boy did. He recovered well and had to post op check ups.

   Disappointing customer service over the phone. I had had a missed call from my vet after my visit so I called back a few days later to discuss my dog's condition after being on medication as my vet wanted to check in. However, the person who answered in the morning on 7/8/23 was extremely rude. She was basically telling me off. When I asked her if I'll be charged again or I can get the different medication without seeing a vet, she literally said "WHAT?" with an annoying voice. Whenever I visit them, basically it's at least $250 to $400. I don't understand why I should be treated in this way when paying so much of money, only because I love my dog.

   All staff have always been helpful, accommodating and compassionate about my two dogs and bunny. They always call or email to check in and are readily available. I have an older dog with fear anxiety at the vet and they are understanding and do their best to accommodate him.

   Special thank you to the staff at Animates Vets especially Meagan, we’ve had some shocking vets over the years but we are so glad we found a trustworthy and knowledgeable vet in the end. Coco was our fur baby we loved her so much. Very very sad to say goodbye after 13 amazing years of fluffy doggy cuddles and toothy grins but she won’t feel the cancer sores anymore ❤️❤️❤️ thank you for your care
