Our precious cat Oliver had become unwell and of course (Murphyβs law) it happened over the weekend so we were recommend to bring him to arc. I am so glad and thankful for this recommendation. Oliver got the best most professional and fast, efficient care possible. Joseph was the vet who saw him first after a very lovely vet nurse whom I cannot remember by name. She was amazing too. Anyone we dealt with was so kind and understanding towards us during a stressful weekend, finding out what was wrong with our boy. They left no stone unturned in finding out quickly. Keeping us up to date throughout and allowing us to visit over the weekend to perk Oliver up and see how he was going. This was so reassuring and I know Oliver would have appreciated it too. He naturally is a very anxious cat and the team at arc weβre so understanding of this. I could not recommend them enough and would take our cats there again if after hours care was needed. You hear some horror stories of some after hours vets. But this was top notch. Go straight to arc if you want the best for your precious animal buddies.

I recently brought my boy Rambo to ARC Vets not long after finding out he had Hystiocytic Sarcoma and it had reached his lungs, he needed the oxygen chamber to breathe, we were only there for only 2 nights. This was the hardest thing we've ever been through and I want to really thank Dr Patrick and Bridget β their kindness, empathy, and genuine care meant the world to us. They treated us with compassion that i could genuinely feel. I will always be grateful for that. However, I do feel I need to express the other side of my experience. In such an emotional and vulnerable situation where we are constantly told we need to put our boy to sleep, several interactions felt clinical and somewhat rehearsed rather than truly compassionate. When your pet is not just a pet but your family, that difference is deeply felt. I should also not have to see overnight nurses making faces because my boy had visitors who wanted to say goodbye. The whole situation was distressing and unexpected, and maybe there needs to be better facilities to accommodate. If im paying for it why shouldn't there be, its not a free service being provided and you are not doing me any favors. The most difficult part for me was being unable to stay with my boy overnight. I stayed as long as i was allowed but was told owners could not remain due to surgeries and staff tasks, all I wanted was to be next to him while we figured out his options, i didnt want him to pass away when i was forced to leave. That was heartbreaking and something I will never forget. I wish there was a private space or policy that allowed owners to stay with their pets in end-of-life situations β it would make an immeasurable difference for families like mine. I am grateful for the care that was given medically, but as someone who loves their dog like a child, I truly hope to see improvements in emotional support and end-of-life accommodation for owners. In those final moments, compassion matters just as much medicine. Expecting end of life decisions to be made so quickly is unrealistic.

I was overseas when my beautiful cat Zeus went into heart failure. Dr Felix was incredible by keeping up to speed with Zeusβs health in a clear and kind way which allowed me to make the best decisions for Zeusy. I was a long way away but I know that Zeusy was getting the exact love and care he would have got if I had been there and that was a huge comfort. When I arrived at the hospital, Zeus was just chilling - he was so relaxed he was even curled up in a kitty litter box which is what he does at home too. I cannot recommend ARC Central enough.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude Penny and Joon who cared for our beloved Casper when he was diagnosed with heart failure. Your kindness, compassion, and dedication meant so much to us during such a difficult time. From the moment of his diagnosis to his final days, you treated Casper with genuine care and respect, ensuring he was comfortable and surrounded by love. Your patience in answering our questions, the gentle way you handled him, and your empathy throughout the process brought us great comfort. Although we are heartbroken by his passing, we will always be thankful for the care and support you provided β not only to Casper, but to us as well. You gave him dignity, warmth, and peace, and for that we will always be grateful.

My cat Jeremy needed urgent care on Sunday. Was great to find this new centrally located clinic. I was able to talk through the situation by phone before going in. The team were fantastic - especially Vet Nancy - my cat was in great hands. The whole experience was so professional, caring and calm. Jeremy appreciated the separate cat & dog entrance & waiting areas too!
