   I have been with this hospital for 5 years, my cat had a few small operations and treatments done here, the service was good in general. However, I was really disappointed and upset when I had to call them this morning at 8AM and tell that my aged cat has been in pain since Sunday morning (the hospital is closed on Sunday, so I couldn't take him) and he likely needs to be put down as soon as possible, I was crying while saying this. The woman I have spoken to told me they are fully booked and the closest time she could book for me was 3PM. What a disgrace. I had to call around all local vets to ask for urgent assistance and luckily Peninsula Bay Veterinary Hospital in Whangaparaoa had offered their help, it only took 10 minutes of appointment time (10AM appointment) to put my cat down... I did not expect this lack of sympathy for the customer, your business should have accommodated for this kind of emergency.

   Unbelievable experience - always availble to answer the odd follow-up question, have never ever had an issue getting an appointment when needed, and the practical care is outstanding. I also appreciate the pricing which is fair and we are never recommended any course of treatment that doesn't make sense for long-term health. Gemma is fantastic and everyone on the front desk I have ever encountered go above and beyond.

   Manly Vet Hospital provided a really nice and smooth experience. They were quick to schedule an appointment for the dog I brought in, and it wasn’t busy at all, which made the process very efficient. Their visit price was reasonable and not overly expensive. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend them!
