   I couldn't rate Richard, Oliver, and the team at Onewa Rd highly enough. We had a sweet cat who was born with some disabilities. Richard and Oliver were the vets we saw the most, and they both clearly loved him - valued him for all of his quirks, gave him exceptional medical care and lots of cuddles when he was with them. We moved out of the area but kept bringing our cat to Onewa Rd because we knew that's where our boy was loved for exactly who he was. Our cat has tragically passed away but we will never forget the exceptional treatment he got at Onewa Road Veterinary Clinic. Thank you Oliver, Richard & co.

   Our little 1 year old cat Annie was recently diagnosed with Feline Leukaemia Virus. I have had cats my whole life and have visited many vets around Auckland, however this veterinary hospital has delivered tenfold. Onewa Road Veterinary Hospital has taken the utmost care and sensitivity with handling such heartbreaking condition. Today we got a call from Cheryll, who gave us the fantastic news that Annie’s virus has regressed, along with extensive information and advice on how we can care for her. We couldn’t be more grateful for the care and compassion the team here has shown us and our little baby, especially Cheryll. Thank you all very much, and I couldn’t recommend this vet more.

   My precious, beautiful sweet girl became very ill. The love and care she received from everyone, namely BETH, was just top notch. It was a very scary time, something I don’t wish on anyone and their beloved pet. Richard and his team are just wonderful along with the amazing reception team. Eventually, after what seemed like forever, our sweet princess got better and she’s back to normal, albeit a little extra precious

   I recently had a complicated issue with my first time silkytzu mummy. After a long labour she gave birth for three beautiful and strong pups. Unfortunately due to exhaustion and pain new mom got confused about her toy dogs and real pups. She used to treat her toy dogs after each heat cycle as her litter. And she does it now too over the alive pups, who she think will hurt her fake rubber pups. The staffs were absolutely amaizing, go back and forth to treat us in this very unique situation. Specially wanna thanks for all of you, Sally, Habim -the only names I know. Sorry about that.

   I took my 3 years old male Flemish giant ( Muffin) for neuturing, vaccination and a check up with Dr, Oliver. This journey for my bun has been amazing, the surgery went well. A few hours after he came back home he was doing very very well with honey flavour pain killers. Now 24hrs passed he has been fully recovered and back to his normal self. The Communication with the team regarding bookings and aftercare was clear and not complicated to understand. I have already been spreading how amazing this journey is to all my family members and friends who has pets especially rabbits. Thank you so so much again for all your guys work!
