   We honestly can’t speak highly enough of this vet clinic. We visit monthly with our dog Louis, and every single visit is met with kindness, patience, and genuine care. The team are incredibly knowledgeable and always take the time to explain things clearly, which gives us complete confidence in the care Louis receives. It’s obvious how much they truly care about the animals they look after — Louis is always treated so gently and with so much respect. From the vets to the support staff, everyone goes above and beyond to make each visit as calm and positive as possible. We’re so grateful to have found such an amazing clinic and wouldn’t trust Louis’ care to anyone else.

   I’ve been to True Vets when they first opened a few years ago and didn’t go back for some years after we were turned away when we had an emergency. However when my dog torn her ligament early this year and I was persuaded by friends/neighbours to go back. The team did a great job and they very also provided attentive post surgery care. We are now happy to be back with them again as they now have friendly staffs and great service.

   We’ve been to a few different vets in Auckland trying to find the perfect one for us, and we’ve now found it. My girl Gracie is usually very shy meeting new people, but Dr Jennifer was great with her. Very knowledgeable, calming and friendly.    My partner and I saw a few vets before finding this team and could not imagine ourselves anywhere else. The whole team feels like family and our two dogs LOVE coming here. The level of care and compassion they provide is one of a kind. We drive 45 minutes to an hour to get there and it is absolutely worth it they are the BEST. If you need a vet, this is definitely the fam you want on your team! An enormous shout out to the wonderful Dr. Amy, Belinda, both Stacey’s, Dr. Jen, and the whole team. ❤️

   My cats Paxton and Ace are both enrolled here and I have been with Amy for the past couple of vet appointments she is honestly so amazing and cares so much for the animals and is super gentle and understanding! The front desk team are always so polite and make me feel so welcome and safe for my 2 boys! I love how the cat area is separate from the dog area, these things make all the difference for anxious pets and pet owners. Highly recommend for anyone who wants their animals to go through excellent and genuine care!

   I recently took my dog to True Vets after he got a deep cut under his paw, and I couldn't be happier with the care they provided. Despite booking the consultation at the last moment, they accommodated us without any issues. The veterinarians at True Vets were incredibly gentle and understanding with my dog. They carefully stitched up the wound and took the extra step of placing a protective boot on my dog's paw to ensure that his dressing stayed dry. I want to give a special mention to the receptionist at True Vets for her outstanding customer service. Every time I have called with questions about my dog, she takes time to listen attentively to my concerns and provide thorough and helpful answers. I'm immensely grateful to the team at True Vets for their exceptional care and professionalism. I highly recommend True Vets to anyone in need of top-notch veterinary care.
