What an amazingly talented and fabulous bunch of people. Thank you tending for Flash and nursing him back to health. Dr Mike, Dr Jose, Nicola, and the rest of the team, it was so reassurimg to be looked after by such a caring and professional team of people. VSA is not my closest vet, but will definitely now be my vet of choice.
When our cocker spaniel olive this week needed a lot of looking after, the VSA team really did a fantastic job. With an anxious dog and (fur parents) we felt totally heard and seen during every visit and phone call check up that she was being treated and looked after like we would do. I hope you never need them but if you do, you’ll have a great team at VSA
We had the best experience today with VSA in Henderson as we had to take our very very shy ragdoll there for a scan. We were immediately made to feel so welcome by the lovely man at the reception desk and Dr Keaton Morgan was so kind and informative and really took the time to explain our cats results to us which we really appreciated, and his two colleagues were also so lovely and gentle with our boy! Thank you all for making us feel so comfortable/welcome and for taking the time to provide that additional care!
We've had the absolute best experience with VSA. Had to bring in our dog twice for a suspected slipped disc, and ended up leaving him there the second time for IV fluids. He had a CT scan first thing in the morning; unfortunately he needed two spinal surgeries so he had to wait until the day after for proper planning, otherwise it would have been done straight after CT Scan while still under anaesthesia. We live far away so couldn't come for the scan results, but the surgeon took the time to show us the scans via a video call and made sure we understood what was happening and what needed to be done. They sent us frequent updates and were always highly professional. The surgery went extremely well and we were able to visit him the day after surgery. Thanks to their great care and our boys bravery and resilience, we were able to take our baby home just three days later. That whole event was really scary and exhausting for us, but we felt very supported and can honestly highly recommend them. 2x emergency visits, 4 nights stay, CT Scan, double surgery and meds was around 12k in total which is a lot, but we knew he had the highest quality care and that is definitely worth it for us. A huge thank you to the entire team who helped us - and most importantly, our good boy - get through this.
Both the receptionists and veterinarian were exceptionally good, the vet doctor Shalsee was so lovely and was great at communicating our options and really helped us out. Makes us (including the dog) wish our regular vet were as caring and pleasant to deal with, I would absolutely come here again. Thank you guys so much!
We are truly grateful to Molly and her team for taking such good care of us and our boy in his final moments. Saying goodbye so suddenly to our fur child was soul shattering but the compassion these incredible women showed us in our darkest hour will always hold a special place in our heart.
A week today I had to part with my fur baby Benny. These things are never easy and the hardest thing for a pet mum or dad. The team at VSA were amazing, took their time with us, treated us with sympathy and empathy and looked after my baby with care and love. They got the ashes back to me promptly which I have appreciated. Thank you VSA team I would definitely recommend you to others xx
Lost my beloved furry friend in January. It was one of the worst pain I’ve ever experienced. He spent his last hour at the clinic, the staff at the clinic were very professional and compassionate. Thank you for the kindness & the heartwarming letter.
