   I would strongly recommend Pet Vets Papatoetoe to anyone. Gaylene on reception is what I like to refer to as 'The Director Of First Impressions' and what a fantastic job she does. The vet nurses and surgeons are second to none, they treat all the pet's like they are their own unlike other vets. They are also very decent with their prices. Thank you team for taking the time to attend to our animals

   I’ve been going to Pet Vets Papatoetoe for almost three years – with two dogs we are there pretty regularly. The team are so friendly, patient and helpful. Gaylene (Practice Manager) is so welcoming and kind. Her customer service is outstanding! We see Harmeet, who is fantastic with the dogs and really knowledgeable. He does a great job of explaining everything in detail and takes such great care with our pets. Highly recommend!

   One word - GODSEND... The amazing lovely Gaylene answered my call almost two years ago, I was frantically looking for a clinic that would help my boy-staff who had been diagnosed with Lymphoma after being turned away from the clinic I took him to regularly. I needed a Vet to administer medication via an IV line and to get my boys temperature down and regardless of the fact that they didn't no me, and we didn't attend their vets at all, there was no hesitation. Gaylene made me feel supported and welcome over the phone. When we arrived at the clinic that support I got on the phone was that of the love and support we got on arrival. My boy was in good hands. He was never going to live long, but Harmeet and the team gave my boy the best care and support any whānau and their loved fur baby could ask for. My boy went on to live longer than expected. I ended up cancelling my enrolment at the other clinic and enrolling both my babies at Pet Vets Papatoetoe, and there was no looking back. Never to busy to give advise, and so very responsive when it comes to your fur baby. Thanks team at Pet Vets 1000 out of 100 from Smackie then, me, Chichi and now Marley xx

   A vet clinic that puts animal welfare first, emergencies or a pet needing urgent attention comes first, not sorry we have no appointments available and having to take your pet to the after hours clinic for treatment. The staff are the best, very helpful and friendly, nothing is a problem. Very happy to recommend Pet Vets Papatoetoe.

   Such a wonderful team, Dr Harmeet is a very kind, professional and caring Vet. I have been with his practice for over 10 years and couldn't imagine seeing anyone different. I trust him and his team completely. Dr Harmeet and his team helped me so much with my first dog that I had no apprehension about them treating my new puppy too. Gaylene and all the nurses are very kind, supportive and empathetic. All of this makes the atmosphere very welcoming and friendly, even my puppy appears to enjoy going. I live quite a distance from the clinic but it is worth the drive to have such a devoted professional empathetic team look after my gorgeous puppy. I highly recommend all of these guys.
