Rachel is our vet for our dogs and we think she is amazing!! Very knowledgeable and also great at communicating that knowledge. The whole team make any trip to the vet as smooth as possible. Highly recommend
We were 7 minutes late (our fault), but were turned away with no flexibility. We’d tried calling ahead but couldn’t get through. The receptionist offered no explanation or empathy - just a flat refusal and rebook. We were about to spend a decent amount on a dental scale and clean, but this experience has put us off enough to never return. Good customer service can go a long way.
READ THIS!! i don’t know if they do this on purpose but the lack of observation is genuinely concerning. both my dogs go to appointments and they tell us that everything is fine but as soon as we get home one of them has severe heatstroke or an infection. it’s surprising that the vets themselves don’t notice that something is wrong with our dogs but my children do.
They took such great care of our special foster pup when he was in for his desexing. Talked through the extra risks (with his existing health conditions) and were so reassuring. Definitely recommended!!
