The staff are knowledgeable, patient & genuinely caring. They take the time to explain everything and you can feel their passion for the work they do with in interaction. I always feel confident bringing my pets in because I know they will get consistent high quality care. Highly recommend.”

“BirdCare, in Greenbay, are good at taking care of sick, injured birds. I've taken a few native birds in over the years. They could do with more voluntary contributions of donations, which helps take care of the birds, either a money donation or frozen bags of mixed veges, like peas, corn, carrot..”

Every check up, the vet has been so gentle with my cat, as well as thoroughly informative & considerate of my budget. “Sommerville Vet take Vet care to the next level. The empathy, love and care this Vet Centre gives their patients and their owners/parents is beyond outstanding. Having Sommerville vets care for my baby is the only option for me. When I lost my previous fur baby due to genetic disorders, the incredible Vet - Jesse, Steph- the caring nurse and the wonderful reception staff gave him a dignified ending, gave me endless compassion and took care of him until I picked him up the following week. I took my new baby in today, and received the same love and affection as every previous visit. “Franklin Vets Waiuku is by far the best veteranarian clinic I have been to in years. The way they care about the animals and the pet parents is outstanding. The receptionists are lovely and very thoughtful and always make me feel comfortable. The veterinarians are really nice and very informative. I would not take either of my pets to another clinic”

“Very helpful team at reception, gave a calming spray to our cat. The vet was very thorough, asked a lot of questions to understand the issue. The consultation cost was ok, but the two drugs prescribed - WOW! Anyway, the cat is definitely more comfortable today. Thanks Franklin Vets.”

“The staff at Carevets Papakura are wonderful, professional and caring. I can recommend this place very highly In the work they do. Netting was very noticeable unfortunately was their working conditions in the office area. It was extremely warm and not comfortable for anyone to be there for too long. Maybe the landlord might be able to at the least put In an air condition unit. The staff deserve that. Fingers crossed, for next time I visit there is one installed.”
