IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET. DO NOT, I REPEAT! DO NOT SUBJECT YOURSELF OR YOUR FUR BABY TO THE HELL THAT IS THIS JOKE OF A VET CLINIC! They can’t even pretend to care about the animal. There is one older older Woman who I spoke with who I feel should retire or change professions immediately because at the very least if you work with animals, you should at the least care about animals. So if you are not a people person let alone an animal person, please do those who visit your clinic with the hopes of curing their fur babies a favour and quit. The consultation is done with no communication. There was no advice, help or support with what to do while my dog was in home care. They will happily take your money and do bare minimum without even batting an eyelid. When I got there they told me to pay before I was even seen and when I was finally seen they took all of 2mins to tell me to give her a pill with food(it was on the label). I asked if there was a specific time I should administer it because she read what was on the box and handed it me and basically started to walk off. I tried to ask her if there was anything else I could do to help my dog and she made me feel like I was interrupting her.
Great vet they really do care about animals over profit and do so much supporting the likes of the spca and those who otherwise can’t afford a vet
receptionist was rude and had no customer service skills. Customer in-front of me was very politely asking for help, the receptionist went off to ask the vet nurse and was swearing about the customer (he did not know the whole line of customers could here him)
Best vet ever! Comparing to other costly and often useless vets, this one is very reasonable with their pricing and you can feel that they make huge efforts to take care of the animals! Yes their rooms are small and sometimes a longer than expected waiting time, but that's how they can make their services as affordable as possible for many people. Although small, they have got all the necessary equipment and most importantly, a truly caring heart!
