“Sadly we were contacted by Pap Village Vets as a community member brought in our deceased cat to be microchipped scanned to find us. They went above and beyond for us. They wrote a beautiful card, took paw prints for us. They even contacted the person who posted our cat online to try track us down to take down the post so we did not have to view it. “Jorg is the kindest vet I have had. My Shepsky was very scared of letting the vet in his ears, so much so that he had to get him sedated for a general ear check up when we thought he had an infection in the past. Jorgs patience and caring nature helped my dog overcome the fear (I took him in daily to hang out with Jorg so he could play with his ears). Now I can even get ear drops in his ears at home! Can't recommend Jorg or the super friendly team more highly! Thank you, you have changed vet visits for us”
