“I've seen some bad reviews recently so thought I'd add a positive one based on my experience yesterday. I am postpartum so struggling to find clothes I fit that are affordable. Finally after looking for what I wanted at other shops where the clothes didn't fit me AND were very expensive, I went to the warehouse and found what I was looking for, and they were cheap too. I asked a long haired blondish woman who was absolutely lovely, about sizing, because I was carrying my baby it was hard to try things on. She was very accurate and my clothes fit perfectly. The quality is not too bad, though prices are now getting much expensive that a few years ago. Some items are priced competitively while for some other items, the price is still too high for its quality. Have plenty of parking spaces at the front, and at the side of the shop.”

“One of the early Countdown stores, nicely situated in the Northcote shopping centre area. Parking are part of the shopping centre. Pricing are typical Countdown. Interior has been modernised and now it feel refreshing. Staff members are helpful, and variety are quite good.”

The rewards card is alright in accumulated points but the basics like milk, bread, flour, eggs, sugar etc... should accumulate better points. Otherwise great teamwork.”

“Honestly the creme de La creme of shoe shops. I popped home from Sydney via Wellington where I’d looked everywhere I could for boots. Michaela (and Harmony) helped me find the elusive perfect winter boots and the customer service was chef’s kiss. Honest, super helpful and relaxed. I’m not even kidding when I say I’ve been looking for two winters. After looking so many other places I’ll just wait to come here next time I need some new shoes. They let me try on something like 10 pairs and I had a shortlist of four(!) The buyer at this store must be a literal angel with the best taste on the planet.
