   If i could give 0 stars I would, apologies for putting this on a store, to be clear this is an online issue. NOT store....absolutely gutted to have spent nearly $200 on shoes for them to be faulty. And the only way they'll acknowledge them is if I go to store. Multiple emails later and nothing is being done! I live hours away from a store, which is why I ordered online! I even requested a courier bag to send them to a store but they won't accept that. So $200 out of pocket. And faulty shoes I cannot wear! Terrible terrible service. Will not shop here again.

   Never answers the phone - i see this is a common issue! I received the wrong size shoes as said couldnt pick up in-store and dont want to drive 1hr there to find out they haven't got the right size!

   never answers ph. i brought shoes they didn't have them in store they they were going to ship. got email shoes not available. but they took money out of my account. I live 2 hours away from Christchurch and about 100 dollars for petrol there and back . i live in Timaru foot locker in Riccarton mall still not answering ph. and haven't received my $270 back that i paid for shoes i never received so unacceptable and very unprofessional that they don't even answer ph

   Went to this store and was looking for shoes. Staff was just talking to each other. Did not bother asking me if I was alright considering the store was not busy. Ask for the shoes if they have sizes staff looked for it which is good but the problem is the staff is just like hanging around at home. Just said no size and that's all.

   If I could give zero stars I would. Awful awful customer service. False advertising, lying saying our order was going to be shipped and then they just decided to cancel it. Don’t waste your time buying from them. Seriously not worth it. The customer service don’t help, and just offer blanket responses.

   Be careful of their false advertised sticker prices inside the shoes or online. When we have gone to pay and were told we had to pay $50 more (full price) as the stickers in shoes were from a previous sale. When your kids have already chosen a shoe at the advertised price it’s pretty hard to say no. As you can see in other Google and Facebook reviews this happens regularly. Very average experience and poor management.

   I've always been a fan of Foot Locker, and this location definitely did not disappoint! The store was clean and well-organized, and the selection of sneakers and athletic wear was impressive. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me find the perfect pair of shoes for my workout. The checkout process was quick and easy, and I appreciated the range of payment options available. Overall, a great experience at Foot Locker and I'll definitely be back! Appreciate the great work from Mike and his team!
