Amazing customer service at this UGG store. The staff was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable about the products. They gave me great advice and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.
Came late on a Wednesday evening and had really great service by the guy at the counter, didn't catch his name but we think he was japanese? He was super attentive and made sure we had the best product :)
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE STORE. Purchased via NZ Site. Too small and when tried to return had to pay to ship to Australia at my costs. I was then refunded $89 from a $108 purchase. Told that shipping not refundable, there is a restocking fee and also currency conversion. Such a scam!!!
I had a fantastic experience at the Ugg store. I visited the store yesterday, and it was really busy with lots of people, but the staff was incredibly patient and attentive. The shoes I originally wanted didn’t have my size, but there was another color available. On the staff’s recommendation, I tried them on and ended up liking them even more!!! Btw Look at the rainbow on me!!!
No matter which way i search for UGG store on High street, the search engine takes me to the AU store or other retailers in AU. Do you have a New Zealand Website? And do you sell online? I dont want to pay international shipping costs.
I would’ve given a negative star rating if I could… Your refund policy is absolutely ridiculous. Bought a pair of UGG in early June, contacted the customer support for update on the shipping status three times during wait period, which was about a month and a half. First response: the tracking number will only show error state until it arrives in New Zealand. Weird but ok??? Guess I can’t even track it then. Response two: it was carrier’s delay - nothing UGG could do. Well makes sense, I’ll keep waiting then. Response three: your parcel has been lost, we can only offer a 40% refund. Yes your heard me right FOURTY PERCENT REFUND ON LOST SHIPPING. Then the communication went back n forth: me explaining the consumer protection law from several aspects to the customer service, and they increased the refund amount from 40% to 50% THEN TO 53%. Look, if you’re a store manager or any UGG staff reading this, don’t bother replying with “Thank you for your review…”, go thank your poor customer support team and your garbage refund policy. FYI, the communication between the customer service team is still ongoing.
No contact over 5 days of phoning the store. Wanted UGGs and after not finding the correct size online wanted to check instore before travelling into the city. Why are phones not being answered and anyone respinding to messages?
Services is poor! This store doesn’t comply with the Australia UGG service policy eventhough the name is the same. Staffs are very difficult to communicate. The Australia UGG has to call them up to get the customer services right for the consumers. Otherwise, they will not answer the phone. Be aware if you purchase any shoe from this store.
Awesome staff. Can get quite busy at times. Parking could be tricky too. But other than anything, store is strategically located. Found what i need for my little bubba. Lovely and helpful staff. Would definitely comeback
