   Absolute terrible service. Went in looking for an item that was in stock on the website but couldn’t find it on the shelf so we went to customer service to ask. The lady told us the item had gone “walk about” and no longer wanted to help us, she could have atleast checked to see if any other stores had the product in stock. It’s not hard to do your job correctly when you work in customer service.

   As we were from out of town our experience was not of sound mind. Staff member at the checkout was rude and threw my purchases onto the counter. I purchased a bag aswell and the attitude when placing my stuff after scanning was inappropriate. Also the security lady who was out of her jurisdiction of job role threw racist remarks at me and my whanau. Not a very spectacular place. Not for the faint hearted unfortunately. Unlucky for that security lady our whanau is well educated.

   I walked out of The Warehouse Barrington pretty annoyed after dealing with one of the staff members. Instead of just helping, she acted like she was on some kind of power trip. Everything from her tone to the way she spoke to me felt unnecessarily condescending, like she was trying to prove a point rather than actually assist a customer. It left me feeling talked down to and honestly a bit shocked. A simple bit of respect and basic customer service would’ve fixed the whole situation. I hope the store takes this seriously, because no one should be made to feel like that when they’re just trying to shop.

   Went to this Warehouse the other week to pick up some essentials. The young man with a long beard who I talked to me, I think I heard his co worker call him Bayley, was extremely rude and dismissive of me when I tried to ask him for some assistance. He was sharp and laughed at me when I asked for help finding the adult pads. I am older and need help when shopping sometimes - this man needs to be disciplined, it was no way to treat a customer. I will not be back. Thank you, J.Pebbles.

   terrible customer service. Never had a good experience with their staff members.We asked for a change after we bought some stuff. The lady said she can't open her till for a change. We wete never thanked or greeted in a good way by their staff. I prefer going to the warehouse on blenheim road instead.

   I got charged two times for just one pair of kids pants by a woman with short red hair, and got told by someone else that it will take about 1, 2 weeks for it to go back into my account. Not happy about this at all

   Friday night they weren't busy Rang a few times to make sure they have what I want oh course they dont answer. Go on line says yes but low stock drive there of course NO stock couple guys on checkout hardly any one in shop IF YOU HAD ANSWERED THEY PH WOULD HAVE SAVE ME A TRIP FOR NOTHING THANKS TO MUCH TO ASK FOR WONT BE BACK

   Sharon was absolutely awful and had terrible customer service at the service desk. I had a team card that wasn’t signed and I’ve used for years and I didn’t know I had to sign. Instead of letting me know nicely she got very angry with me and told me she was going to cancel my card. Definitely not someone that should be in customer service, from a fellow customer service representative.

   Good car parking very near to the back entrance of Barrington mall Clean entrance. Easy to get around. Lots of specials easily visible. Ailse clear. Plenty of staff visible to ask for help. Available to get ladders to look for other stock. Very clear setup of different sections within the shop. Friendly and smiling checkout staff.
