    This store has a fantastic selection of clothes to choose from. I was really impressed with the variety of styles and sizes they offered. However, the shop is quite large, and it felt a little understaffed. It was sometimes difficult to find assistance when I needed it. An additional staff member would greatly improve the shopping experience. It would make it easier for customers to get help with finding items or using the fitting rooms. Overall, I enjoyed browsing their collection, but the staffing level could be improved. I would still recommend visiting, but be prepared to potentially wait for assistance.

    Waited at counter for well over 10mins today query an item and was totally ignored by entire staff!! Zero communication or eye contact!! 6 teen staff in store, 3 serving customers and 3 stocking shelves, moving stock and rehanger clothes...checked out clearly as hour to store closing. 2 of the stock movers went to front counter where I was...one began relacing shoes..other laugh and joking with him. No eye contact, communication with me otherside. After 5 mins I asked "Am I invisible?" Kid laughed and said "I thought you waiting" yes I was..for SERVICE which never happened. Said Fkn forget it and left. Rubbish and never return..spent my cash elsewhere...

    Emma is one of the obnoxious person in Porirua footlocker. She should be fired with immediate effect. I would like to request Regional Manager to send her to customer handling skills training or lock her in the store room for unboxing stock. She is not fit for customer service role.

    Roaman sandles for the school kids no good brought other day $29.99 each and my child keeps slipping in them there is no grips at all slipping on public transport slipping on everything last pair of roaman sandles I will ever buy from this store other shoes I don't mind but the roaman sandles yea nah last time ever thanks for the no warning of them slipping on dry surfaces wooow
