    Worst customer service experience I've ever had. Went in today and only 1 checkout was open and the line was really long. I went up to the customer service counter to pay as in the past the staff have offered to serve customers at this counter. Upon reaching the counter, no greeting or any effort to even say hello. The lady serving me thought I was returning the item and I said no I'm purchasing. She points behind her and says this is customer service in a rude manner. So what if this is the customer service counter, customer service is literally for serving customers! Anyways whole time I was being served the lady just gave a rude look and looked annoyed. As someone who works in customer service I understand some days are hard and tiring but no need to have an attitude when you choose to come into work to do this job. And considering it's holiday season you guys should have more checkouts open as well knowing it will be busy, instead of getting a long line accumulating. Looking at other reviews seems like this is a common reoccurrence at this store lmao which says a lot about their management and training. Lack of customer service in the customer service department - how ironic.

    Just a reminder to anyone shopping here, parking is limited just like parking on the road. You have 2hrs for free, over that you will receive a ticket. Also when you park up, enter your vehicle information at the machine. Still I don't like stairs ha ha. That's just me but staff are helpful and welcoming. You will find a lots of bargains in store.

    Great way to make money, TMS warehouse. I was parked at the Hamilton warehouse and yes, I went slightly over time — because I got a call and was wrapping it up. I was literally still in the car with my headlights on, clearly about to leave. Instead of just doing the decent thing and asking me to move, the parking guy took a photo and issued a $70 fine without saying a word. Common sense or basic courtesy? Apparently not part of the process. I appealed right away, followed up — no response. I ended up paying just to avoid an overdue charge. Then they replied, of course — once the money was in. So before anyone jumps in with “you overstayed,” yes, I did — by a few minutes. But this wasn’t about keeping the area clear. It was about making a quick buck. If that’s how the business runs, then good luck to you.

    Another mega store with most of what you need plus more. A complete one stop shop. Located in the middle of town a perfect site. It's up a floor but has a lift for the disabled. There are free car parks with disability parking catered for under the building. . Within this complex are Noel Leeming, Warehouse Stationery and two cafe's. Bathroom needs can be found underneath the escalators.

    On the 3rd of September 2020, I was served by a worker called Stacey. She was so lovely and genuine in her care. It is very hard to find a worker that isn't just focused on serving the customer and moving on with their tasks. Her smile and service was genuine and I could tell that she cared about her customers. It was very refreshing and beautiful. It was one of the best levels of service I have ever gotten from The Warehouse company. The staff tend to be reliable, honest and helpful. I don't normally go out shopping but I do enjoy this area and it's service/products.
