    I went in today looking for items I'd seen online. A skirt, a couple of dressing and some swimwear. There was one woman working, the store was empty of customers. I was told very briskly, that the shop doesn't stock these, nor could they be ordered in. She could not be bothered checking if the items were at any other stores, or when asked for suggestions on alternatives, she outrightly said "no" and walked away from me. No reason for the rudeness, or unhelpful engagement. I'd not recommend this particular shop to anyone.

    Bit old fashioned, certainly not a young persons shop, took my mum out here especially & you are closed no sign or anything, can u update your website please, u lost a sale as u had specials on, has on Website closed @ 5 pm Saturday & Sunday & this is incorrect as I asked them. Might get more business if u stayed open longer, no wonder Miller's is on the way out

    I have always had good service in store especially in Rotorua. In March I placed a mail order for 7 items and paid with a bankcard. The full amount of money was immediately transferred to Millers Porirua. I received one item after 10 days, one after 3 months and I am still waiting for the rest. I did not realize they have to come from Australia. No one will communicate with me properly and my order no longer shows up on the website when I log in. Is this a scam?

    I'm 36 years old and I have shopped a lot in my life. In different countries and many shops and today I had a totally unique experience. Janet ( the lady who was working today) blew my mind. She picked out clothes for me. Took it to the dressing room. Swopped out sizes for me while I was fitting. She found me the perfect pair of pants to help with my post maternity body. Janet, I walked In feeling defeated and walked out feeling great. Thank you. You are an asset to this shop! ❤️

    Staff not helpful.The indian lady at the counter didnt give us the discounts as they mentioned. Later we returned the items we purchased.
