Wasted Time & Poor service As instructed by Foot Locker Customer Care, I visited the store to process my refund. I am from a country town with no Foot Locker store, which required me to travel specifically for this purpose. This made the situation even more inconvenient. I arrived at the store at 11:30am and was told the manager would arrive in half an hour. No clear timeframe was provided after that. Instead, we were repeatedly told that the manager was “stuck in traffic,” without being given an accurate update or option to return later. The manager eventually arrived at 2:25pm, nearly three hours later. After the manager arrived, a further 30 minutes was spent trying to work out how to process the refund. This entire experience resulted in a significant wastage of time, caused by poor communication and lack of coordination between Customer Care and the store. While I understand stock issues can occur, this level of inconvenience and mismanagement is unacceptable

Very disappointing experience at both Manukau and Sylvia Park Foot Locker stores. At Manukau, staff were rude, refused to show different sizes or colours of Nike TNs, and questioned whether we were even going to buy. The manager was no better and simply defended the staff instead of listening. At Sylvia Park, I tried to exchange Nike TNs bought the night before for the same shoe in white. Shoes were only tried on indoors, receipt provided, and I was happy to pay the extra amount—but the staff and manager refused and were again rude and unprofessional. Poor communication, no customer care, and very disappointing service. Definitely not the experience expected from a well-known brand. I really want to exchange my shoes colour and I have traveled long way before work there in the morning and it was useless.. very disappointed

My overall experience was just average. I didn't feel welcomed at all. This was my first time buying a pair of shoes from this place but I might give it a second thought going back. Yes, they did have some flashy and eye catching stuff but didn't see many attractive promotional offers. Prices are high for the quality, style and standards in my opinion. I went on a busy Saturday afternoon. Some staff members were friendly, cheerful and helpful but some were not even smiling. The store is overall well kept and presented.
