Honestly the creme de La creme of shoe shops. I popped home from Sydney via Wellington where I’d looked everywhere I could for boots. Michaela (and Harmony) helped me find the elusive perfect winter boots and the customer service was chef’s kiss. Honest, super helpful and relaxed. I’m not even kidding when I say I’ve been looking for two winters. After looking so many other places I’ll just wait to come here next time I need some new shoes. They let me try on something like 10 pairs and I had a shortlist of four(!) The buyer at this store must be a literal angel with the best taste on the planet. No surprise it’s a unanimous 5 star store. Highest recommend.

I found the service in store friendly and felt no pressure to buy. I tried on lots of boots and didn't buy anything. The girls made the experience enjoyable because we just chatted, and with other customers too who were trying on shoes. There was a nice vibe. I then went home (another town) and finally decided which pair I wanted so ordered online and they arrived three days later. Great service, thank you :)
Excellent communication. Postal is prompt and they advise you when items have been sent. Fabulous, good quality shoes and amazing sales! Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Head over Heels, particularly if your living out of town and want something a little different to enliven your feet.
I have bought couple of pair of boots from Head over Heels this year. Firstly I couldn't find anything like my boots in any Christchurch shop. Then I went to Head over Heels website and I have found what I was looking for a long time, up fashion, comfortable and quality Vic Matiz boots. Couldn't be happier. I've ordered online but made an instore pickup. Store ladies are very friendly and so helpful. Second pair I've bought just recently and this is my best pair of boots ever. Thank you Head over Heels!
