“Sometimes in life somebody goes so far beyond what you expected in terms of customer service that, if you weren't a Kiwi, you might even give them a tip! But I am a Kiwi so Underground Surf will just have to settle for this review. (But it's a bloody good review so hopefully they're happy). From my first phone call with Nick these guys were nothing short of stellar. Before I knew what hit me, they had a brand new wing foil set up delivered to me and I was out on the water. “I am a first time shopper with Frames Footwear. I was after a pair of Bresley shoes and they had what I wanted. I sent off a request at 10am, and was kept informed all the way. The courier collected the shoes around 4pm and I received them by 3.30pm the following day and I live North of Auckland. So from Dunedin to the North of Auckland in one day is absolutely fantastic. I received a lovely hand-written note from Tom. There was a wee issue with the shoes (they squeaked) so I sent an email to Tom, which he answered straight away and sent me up a pottle of beeswax (which once again was received within 24 hours). This has fixed the squeaking. I can't thank you enough for the good old fashioned wonderful service. So much appreciated, and I will be shopping with you again. :)”
