   Very disappointing experience at both Manukau and Sylvia Park Foot Locker stores. At Manukau, staff were rude, refused to show different sizes or colours of Nike TNs, and questioned whether we were even going to buy. The manager was no better and simply defended the staff instead of listening. At Sylvia Park, I tried to exchange Nike TNs bought the night before for the same shoe in white. Shoes were only tried on indoors, receipt provided, and I was happy to pay the extra amount—but the staff and manager refused and were again rude and unprofessional. Poor communication, no customer care, and very disappointing service. Definitely not the experience expected from a well-known brand. I really want to exchange the colour and traveled long way there before work but it was of no use. Very disappointing

   Purchased some shoes last month from the footlocker in Sylvia park but I wanted to highlight how helpful the staff at the manukau branch were. They provided me with some really great advice - that a womens US 8 is equivalent to childrens size 6! I had no idea. Appreciate the tip. Was unable to get the pair I wanted at Manukau so the staff called the other store and placed the item on hold for me.

   Super rude manager, she threw my shoes off the counter and refuse to exchange my shoes which was bought from them 10 days ago saying go to another footlocker.

   Tried to get the workers attention for help basically walked straight past me. Would not have stopped there if my brother in law could get the shoes he wanted from someone else. Probably need to be family or friend to get any help.
