   hotwheel enthusiast be ware. treasure Hunts and premiums are always suspiciously non existent in this store regardless of when you arrive. Boxes come off crates already opened so what am I supposed to think of this? As a veteran collector this store is a hard pass

   Went yesterday (15/11/25) to pick up a Click & Collect. The place was packed at the registers and a bit chaotic, but Charlie was as cool, collective and a true professional. Charlie was wearing a Warehouse Security uniform, but was on the PA calling for tills to be open, he was answering queries, and serving people at the Customer Service/Click & Collect counter, and obviously being extremely supportive to the Staff and customers. A young man doing an extremely great job, and a credit to Warehouse Papamoa.

   Shout out to the male staff member (sorry we didn’t get your name) on Sunday afternoon @ papamoa store. We needed a new tv remote after our doggies had destroyed the original. Thank you for guiding us to them & making sure we had the right one. Great customer service. Well done.

   Warehouse Stationery counter employees (both of them) 19 August were an embarrassment. Some even very basic customer service training wouldn’t go amiss there.

   A terrible experience yesterday, while buying on account. When i wanted to put a reference for my Auckland head office, i was told the field was for 'Purchase Order numbers only' & letters were unacceptable. I asked what the difference was, but this Team Member was not budging (young, red hair, piercings, dismissive demeanour). When i asked how Head Office was supposed to know what account the goods applied to, the now agitated Supervisor suggested they ring me or put it in an e-mail. I mean seriously?! Be better. Customers are everything.

   Good sized store with plenty of range. Due to the lateness of my visit they had sold out of beach umbrellas but they gave other names of retailers that I could try. Overall experience was good and I got everything bar the umbrella.
