“Absolutely adore this hidden gem and try to pop over from Whakatāne every few months. It's a treasure trove of secondhand books, spanking all genres. The owner has incredible knowledge and can help you find anything. Make sure you take an antihistamine (dusty for obvious reasons) and have a coffee before you arrive, as once you're here, you could easily spend hours perusing the shelves.”
“What a treasure trove for book lovers. The lady who owns this shop is amazing. Just ask her if you are looking for a particular book or author. She will 90% of the time know if she has it and where it is.”

“The shop has one of the Best board game collections around.. probably the best actually! If you're into board gaming, this is the place to go out west! And even in the wider Auckland area their stock variety and prices make it a worthwhile place to visit anyway! And the staff are gamers so can really help find the right game!”

“Hi. I've worked voluntarily here for 8 months. This op shop is by far the best. The shop is beautifully presented and the wide range of items that are available are simply outstanding and of excellent quality. I would recommend to anyone looking for preloved items to shop here. I'm speaking from a customers perspective not because I work here. Come and take a look. Claire”
