“I never write public reviews but wow! Colleen and Dean are a husband-wife duo with their own bike mechanic business. My bike was super low on air and I almost didn’t go to them because they’re not the most centrally locates. Don’t let that deter you - because they’re worth supporting! They fixed my problem perfectly and even dropped me off back to where my route had me starting from. They are GOOD people, did great work, did not even charge me for the tire pump up, and went above and beyond with their service.”

“I know little about bikes, but knew I had a problem with mine. Messaged ahead, told to bring it in the next day, picked it up again the day after. Easy peasy. Mark was nice, clearly experienced, and didn't mind a quick chat about the bike to an obvious novice. Would recommend, and will be back if I have any problems in the future. Also I got a park out the front both days. Seems it's in a spot which is slightly too far for people heading to the CBD, but still has 60 minute limits. Key info for anyone like me that hates driving and gets mad anxiety over parking.”

“Fun day. Bikes were excellent with baskets so you can easily carry water etc. lots of vineyards close by. If you buy wine in selected winery they will be picked and bring back to the bike station…a very nice touch.”

He not only found a bike that would suit my young daughter's height, he patiently explained to us how to use it. My bike lost its electric assist on our ride. Allan, came down in his car to help out. After we dropped our bikes back, Allan even offered to drop us off at the town center. Thank you for being such a great person. A great lesson especially my kids learnt that day.
