“Friendly staff. It is a big store but easy to find whatever you are looking for. Parking is easy with under ground parks. Located in the heart of Hamilton. The main transport hub for the cities public transport is handy. Just across the road. Open till midnight. Disability parking spaces are available.”

“Such an awesome shop and has always been my favorite in hamilton. It always has the stock no other store has in hamilton. It’s always nice and clean and tidy too. Easy laid out also. Toilets were located right to the right when you walk in and were nice and clean when I went in there”

“I bought a fridge/freezer and asked for it to be delivered/installed and the old one removed. I was really impressed with the delivery team's careful, friendly and smooth-running service. It was a bit of a tight fit in a couple of areas getting my fridge up the stairs but there was no drama from them, and their carefulness with my fridge and house was excellent and appreciated.”

“Very friendly and fast service. Not a big store compare to stores in other cities so narrower isles to navigate through. It still has everything that a typical Spotlight shop offers. Ample parking spaces out in front but given this is an old shopping centre site, those parking spaces are small and tight. There are other shops/cafe/Fast food in the vicinity so can get all you shopping done in one go. Overall a pleasant shopping experience and will return again. Recommending for others to visit the store.”

“My favorite shop I like it better than Napier Woolworths Supermarket will be back cause you have got a good selection of GF products that Napier Pak n save doesn't have and I will be buying most of my GF stuff from Carlyle Street Woolworths Napier from now on. You had rice flakes which will replace my normal porridge which I will be buying if I like them”

“This one worker her name was Jade, I always see her there and she is the best worker I've ever seen. She once helped me out of a locked changing room, helped a little kid after they tripped, got something for this old lady off a tall shelf, hyped up this girl in some shoes she wanted to buy, and even helped this guy pick out a nice scarf for his wife. Once I accidentally was short five dollars and she payed the rest. This girl is amazing and deserves so much more than she is paid. Praise this woman she is beautiful on the inside aswell as the outside.”

“Amazing service here. Needed a replacement dishwasher and the team were able to recommend options that would fit in the same space, and get the right one for my budget. They also came and removed the old one and replaced it with the new one! I won't go anywhere else for appliances again, these guys are a 10/10 for customer service.”

“As a visitor from NSW, Australia, I can't believe Woolworths has a pharmacy inside it! And it sells alcohol inside as well! (not a separate store like in Australia). Also saw sausages being sold in a plastic bag! Then my credit card bill still says Countdown instead of Woolworths, which was their old name! New Zealand is truly an interesting place.”

“We just bought a mattress with the help of Joseph - he was so patient showing us around! He’s so nice and kind but never pushy. Even when we told him we wanted to check out other stores after taking at least half an hour of his time - he was still so nice and professional. Eventually we came back and bought a mattress from him! We were so grateful for Joseph’s help and he brings such a good vibe - he made our shopping experience so much happier and easier! “I went there yesterday for a couple of things I needed. I spoke to a couple of their staff, one at customer service, unfortunately I did not get his name, but he was super helpful. When he realised that what I was looking for is not availablr at that warehouse he gave me some options—places I could go to. Another staff helped me find what I was looking for. “Wow wow wow! I cannot exaggerate the 5 star customer service. The attention each staff member gives you and the advanced knowledge each customer representative holds. Plenty of staff on the floor and each register available as soon as they see a customer walking there. Tony the tech consultant was extremely attentive and even had good banter. I love the complimentary smart phone set up, saved me an entire day. I also want to acknowledge the well maintained and upkept facility, someone was even vacuuming the front entrance.
