   Useless, they have taken away the decent perfumes & got some cheap ones in, merged with Warehouse Stationery so u don't know if u getting some things from The Warehouse or Warehouse Stationery, bad move.

   Today, I watched staff ignore a man who was at the counter looking for help. He was just looking for help with his cellphone. I called out to him because it was plainly obvious staff were ignoring him just hoping he’d go away. I asked where he got it from and he told me and I suggested he go there to get them to help him. He needed a charger from the sounds of it, and I saw a lot of staff in the aisles looking cas as, chatting away (as I also was looking to pick up a click and collect and no one was helping me). Basically at work to collect their pay but not doing the base minimum of helping customers. This guy could have bought an expensive charger, he just wanted his phone to work. It’s not always crap service here, but today was exceptionally bad. Kudos to the security guard who helped get my garden shed into my car. About the only plus from this experience today.

   Received parking ticket in 5 mins. Careful where u park. On a Sunday afternoon, there is a parking man monitors this area, any car parked here will receive tickets if left the car and walk toward other direction. Never ever visit the store again in my life.

   Good store, good range, and friendly staff. Really hate that the few remaining checkouts you have left in store always seem to be closed, making self check out mandatory, while the staff hang around and watch you. Just keep at least one check out open!?! And don't say you just have to ask, I'm too socially awkward for that, and the staff always seem to look away any time i decide to try anyway.

   Came in last night and the staff were following and watching me and my friend making us feel so uncomfortable and they were acting as if we we’re stealing or something 0/10 do not recommend this store such an uncomfortable experience

   Visited Warehouse Petone after going to Kmart and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided personalised attention which was a breath of fresh air. The store was well-organized, clean, and well stocked making it a relaxing and pleasant shopping experience overall. If you appreciate good customer service, I highly recommend going to the Warehouse in Petone.

   Big store with a lot off different stock, you can always find a good deal in there. The staff are not super helpful I couldn’t find a lol toy so I went ask one of the staff members for help and the kid that looks like he old enough to be son, just told me they are in the toys area. I said listen I just been looking there for the last ten minutes. He told me go look again. So went back still no luck than I ask another staff member they said sorry we have sold out. Anyways one good thing is you always find a park there. Which is very helpful. So if you could give the young kids working for you some lessons on how to be polite and more helpful.
