   We bought a full set of laundry and kitchen appliances here and were extremely happy with the store. The selection was the best and the prices extremely competitive. But most of all the customer service was impeccable - when we had a problem with our washer door opening the wrong way Anthony came out the next day to fix it. We are so impressed and will continue to give this store our custom.

   The experience started off poorly, with limited engagement and a long wait before receiving assistance in the technology department, specifically around the camera products. While the staff member who eventually helped was excellent, the product demonstration was hindered by multiple display units not being operational. For a high-value purchase, customers should be able to ask questions and take time to make an informed decision without feeling discouraged. Unfortunately, the manager/'proprietor' was very unprofessional, which left a negative impression. Improving staff availability, ensuring display products are functional, and maintaining a more respectful approach toward customers would go a long way.

   Excellent customer service. From our sales person.. Full of information and only to willing to help. Went to the town one and just got abrupt replies and then the sales guy walked off so no sale to him oh dear. So moral of story go to the mount Harvey Norman it's a bigger store more helpful staff

   So lovely! The dyson I wanted was sold out and they went out of their way to order one in from another store - Thank you Mike and Elijah. I also needed a security camera and stephen spent 45minutes with me going through all the cameras and the pros and cons. I was very impressed with his service, best service I've received in a very long time.

   poor service from the computer department. I went into the store about 1 week ago knowing roughly what I was after. it was less than about 1 hour till closing so the department wasn't busy. There were about 2-3 customers being looked after by other staff (which was fine). I wandered around the same area waiting for a staff member to come and help me out. waited and waited...for around 15-20mins I wandered around and not one staff member came to assist me. there were several staff members around mingling and chatting and laughing among themselves and with other people in non uniform clothing interacting with them as well. I was the only customer wandering around on the floor at the time as well. In the end I got fed up and left the store and took my business somewhere else and ended up getting the product I was after over $250 cheaper than what you guys had it advertised for anyway! More fool those staff members as they missed out on any commission they would have got because of my purchase! I have purchased from the department on numerous occasions in the past and never had any issues with customer service, none at all! This experience really put a sour taste in my mouth. With any other major purchases in the future, when it comes to this department I will definitely be thinking twice before I part with any money again!
