   Amazing service here. Needed a replacement dishwasher and the team were able to recommend options that would fit in the same space, and get the right one for my budget. They also came and removed the old one and replaced it with the new one! I won't go anywhere else for appliances again, these guys are a 10/10 for customer service.

   I just purchased a Samsung Q990B from the Hastings store. Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, and a happy customer. I'll be back... So I went back a few days later and purchased a Nextbase dashcam, a Swann security system, an amazingly soft mattress and bedding to go with it, and a Dyson V11 cordless vaccum. All the staff are happy to help and deserve high praise indeed. Just a real pleasure to shop there every time. Congratulations Harvey Norman Hastings, you've gained a loyal customer for life.    So disappointed with the manager in the appliance dept. Liked the sound of his on voice and not helping the customer or being responsible. Will not purchase anything from that dept again.
