Not a fault of the staff but they do not allow returns on any software, including in the original sold condition. This is a very silly policy as I have previously worked at other electronics retailers with no such issues. For that reason I would strongly advise against purchasing any software from the Warehouse.
I brought 2 baby christmas gifts, I need some help choosing what to get. The staff member that not only helped but took me to the right isle I needed to be in. The let down was the check staff member, she didn't take the time to say hello, no knowledge she just scanned my items. Asked for the payment. Hello goes along way at the checkout.
The customer service at the print and copy in this warehouse is very bad. The staff is definitely not motivated to serve the customer or they are not trained on customer service. Definitely do-not recommend this store for print services.

Horrible experience at customer service desk. The young lady that was behind the desk was so rude and arrogant. Snatching the docket from my wifes hand and stormed off in a hissy fit mumbling inappropriate language. Management need to remind staff of that kinda behaviour is unacceptable.
Came here today to look at line trimmers and spoke with Clem he was amazing. He went through the whole range asked what my requirements were and suggested which one would be suitable he was kind and friendly then went through the different plant food too. Thank you so much Clem for helping me today your customer service is incredible!
One of the biggest branches of The Warehouse. The Warehouse Stationary is also in it. This shop is very bright, big and tidy.
Good handy location, a must go place. Good friendly staff, ample parking out the front. Expect a queue to get in during peak hours especially when people are scanning QR codes slowly.
