   Clean your toilet!! It is disgusting and my grandson and I only went into it at 10am and quickly left. I told a lady at the information counter but she just looked at me blankly and said ok.

   Tobias also known as Tobey the guy who works in the garden section is always very helpful when I ask questions about plants and bulbs ,seeds . I find the prices and staff so much better than going to a normal garden center .

   I brought a new TV. After paying my layby off it was quickly delivered. However once plugged in found it had already been used and set up with the users account still on it. Half the accessories were missing including no manuel and the screen was damaged with two lines across the screen. I went in store and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A new replacement was sent the next morning and I'm very happy it was sorted with no extra costs or hassle. Would be five stars if it was the correct TV to begin with.

   I usually always have a good outcome with my eggs I purchase from the warehouse ! Unfortunately I had a horrible experience yesterday as I had bought a carton of eggs and they were rotten and one was cracked ! Definitely not happy with my purchase !!

   Big place, a lot of option from kitchen wares, office chairs and tables, equipments, electricals, stationery, printers, shoes, clothes, vegetables and perfumes. I never experience going through a queue everytime I buy there. You can also do a membership online, so Convinient.

   A “Shout Out” to Ashleigh in Lyall Bay who went the extra mile in assisting me with an enquirey regarding a TV that was being delivered to me. Therer was some urgency and she really tried herbest to interscept delivery so I could pick it up. While that wasn’t successful her excellent service was appreciated

   My printer stopped working a few weeks after I bought it. According to the instructions, it was not the toner (I had printed about 50 pages since it was new). So I took it back to the Warehouse to show it off and ask for help. The young lady told me that I had to have it shipped to the repair center for an assessment, the delay was 2 or 3 weeks and I needed a printer immediately. She told me I could buy another one, since if I hadn't misused my printer, I would be reimbursed. After that, I never heard from her again. I had some urgent work to do, so I waited to contacted Warehouse, after some time : the printer was waiting for me, the toner had to be changed. I explained that I had bought a printer in the meantime, and that I had been told I could be reimbursed for the old one. The same employee denied her own words, and would not listen. In the end, over a hundred dollars in the trash. On other occasions, the staff had been very good. After that, I went to the Warehouse as little as possible. To note also, the products were very counterfeit (example of Belgian chocolates), and the products of very poor quality (pen, etc). I'm writing this negative review several months after the facts, I didn't have the time at the time (besides, Warehouse made me waste a lot of time, for nothing in the end). Buy online!
