Poor Customer Services. Phone 3 times into Cambridge Store. Waiting 3 mins each time before I hung up. Whilst I understand times are busy is a phone ringing a message that someone wants some information etc. It was a basic question I couldn't find the answer for online so I had to make a special trip into store to find the answer. A little disappointed.

Well don't be fooled from the outside it looks really small. But it's like the Tardis, small on the outside and just massive inside. Like every Warehouse there is something for everyone.

I always try to visit stores in smaller towns and this warehouse did not disappoint. Very well stocked and extensive range. Small store but well appointed. Parking is limited so can be a bit bothersome. I found the staff a bit reserved but then it was the end of the day.

Made a quick visit to get an air bed. They had a good range, and lots of the typical stuff you find at the Warehouse. The price scanner didn't work so we had to go to the checkout to find out the price. The checkout was quite busy, it was close to closing time and there was a bit of a queue. Would have been nice to have more than one person on check out.
