   As a visitor from NSW, Australia, I can't believe Woolworths has a pharmacy inside it! And it sells alcohol inside as well! (not a separate store like in Australia). Also saw sausages being sold in a plastic bag! Then my credit card bill still says Countdown instead of Woolworths, which was their old name! New Zealand is truly an interesting place.

   Questionable prices and unreliable stock. Somehow the staff completing online orders are worse with their black trolleys than the in-store customers. One bumped into a toddler and didnt even apologise to the kid or the parent nearby. Ordered online for delivery from this store 10 times across the last year - a bag of groceries was always missing. Always. As if dealing with their online service was bad enough. Do not recommend.

   Sensory nightmare. Constantly bumping into employee shoppers with those big black carts who will not give way lol, loud radio and music blasting even at 9am. Everything is disorganized and hard to find (labels not facing forward, things not restocked) very rude older female workers at customer services when I came to pick up groceries. Asked me for ID 5 times even though my order confirmation said that showing the email was enough. Was not pleasant to speak to. I only get groceries here only if I absolutely need something and it’s the closest option. It’s always a bad experience. Photo of the disarray in the store, products stuffed between shelves, moldy bread and other stuff all sprawled out and multiple employees walking by and not doing anything about it.

   Bought every thing here for they have the best prices in Dunedin. The fruits are just a little cheaper but the breads and other stuff were affordable due to the large packaging. Fruits here are the best in town. The cheese section was also impressive though the ice cream section was small and disappointing due to too few selections.

   This store was great to visit. The staff were friendly and quick to help. The security staff were also nice to interact with. The store was clean. I enjoyed the excellent prices - very inexpensive and a great bargain.

   Completely messed up our online click-and-collect order. Half of the items were missing, and a whole bag of items was included that is clearly someone else's. All the discounted goods were out of stock and we missed multiple deals. I'm done with online orders, at least from this store.

   Better walk there to buy stuff, otherwise you may receive a park ticket when you should't. Countdown has no control of the parking enforcement team camping in the park, issuing tickets without reasons. The theory could be issuing as many tickets as they want and they will waive it if you have solid evidence against that. So my friends, you'd better be fully prepared for this if you choose to drive. Write down where you were and when. Keep evidences for appeal because you will need them. Great experience to have a bad day.

   Very organise local countdown. Fresh mussels but scoop is a bit too large to use maybe tong is better. Mum and me love the Apple Turnover from the bakery ❤ must try if you can. Well stock, great option for clicking collect customer: I placed my clicking collect order midnight from Auckland on the Sunday , arrived next day Monday afternoon pick up, order are all correct. Thank you team.
