Great service! The staff here treat customers with respect. You are noticed as soon as you walk in, and greeted with non-invasive customer service. I left Albany Noel Learning knowing that when I return I will be looked after from the moment I walk in to the moment I leave. This type of service seems to be a dying art, so I commend this place for upholding this level of custom. Thank you Noel Leeming, I will be back.
Of course I purchased quite a lot of things from this convenient store. But this comment is not for those. Today I am leaving New Zealand after living here for six years. I need a small pin to open the SIM card cartridge in the airport. They don’t sell it, but a very nice lady, Renee, was still very welcoming and heartwarmingly spent 10mins to find one and give it to me for free, even I didn’t spend any in the store today. This small pin, will, definitely, be one of my best memories in New Zealand that I will always keep. Thank you, Renee, for giving me such a precious present.
Wow wow wow! I cannot exaggerate the 5 star customer service. The attention each staff member gives you and the advanced knowledge each customer representative holds. Plenty of staff on the floor and each register available as soon as they see a customer walking there. Tony the tech consultant was extremely attentive and even had good banter. I love the complimentary smart phone set up, saved me an entire day. I also want to acknowledge the well maintained and upkept facility, someone was even vacuuming the front entrance. Atmosphere is so friendly and inviting! Well done Noel Leeming keep up the amazing work. Thank you for the great experience

Noel Leeming is usually a fantastic experience. Coming all the way from Taupo, we've had some top-notch customer service from them in the past, so it was a no-brainer to give the Noel Leeming in Albany a shot. But let me tell you, what I encountered there was the absolute pinnacle of rudeness and passive aggression. I walked in with a problem with my phone, mind you, a phone I had bought from Noel Leeming, so I figured they'd be willing to help me out, right? Boy, was I dead wrong. I was met with three ladies at the counter, all of them looking like they'd rather be anywhere else in the world and had to get there attention for any assistance as they were chatting away. The one who served me, was maybe of indian descent, had the worst attitude you can imagine. When telling her about my issue she responded with short, snappy answers and repeated things I'd already told her like I was stupid. No help whatsoever, and downright rude to boot. I wouldn't recommend this branch of Noel Leeming to a soul. The staff there haven't got a clue, and they better start by training that lady at the register on how to handle customers' problems.
All your outlet's are great however, I received the best service by Ryan who went above & beyond to help me. I purchased a few things & Ryan explained, advised & recommended certain products & his reasoning behind it. This young man has huge potential, hard to find people like Ryan, so thank you for all you did for me.
I went into noel leeming. Albany. I was greeted instantly (which was greatly appreciated) and spent about 1/2 hr or more with a very patient young man called Kevin. He was explaining that my cloud storage was full and how to remedy this. It took some time for me to grasp the concept! Kevin was really patient, kind and a tremendous help to me. Thanks so much.
